Matthew West's song " Mended"(above if you'd like to listen to it, I suggest listening to it while reading this) has really spoken to me. There are so many people in the world today who are just broken. They have no where to go. Christians in this situation think God has forsaken them, and that they are too far gone from God's love to ever come back agian. You might be one of them. That's not true. As it says in Matthew's song, it says

"when you see broken beyond repair, 

I see healing beyond belief,  

you aren't too far gone,

you're one step away from home

when you see nothing but damaged goods,

I see something good in the making,

I'm not finished yet

when you see wounded I see mended"

it's saying that even when you think you are too far from his love, God is saying that he is just taking your mistakes into something completely new. You are seeing nothing good out of it, but God says, "Just hold on, I've got this. You don't see anything yet, but I'll all turn out good in the end. Trust me."

you can never stray far enough away from God that he won't love you.Never. He will help you, you just have to wait and see. Walk right through the storm, into the eye, into the safety of the Lord.
