"Come on! Just grab on to the chain!" Tiberius called.

"You try running after a van and grabbing something at the same time!" Ozone retorted, struggling to get back on the van.

The plan had been simple. Get on the van, let it drive as far away from Mason as possible and then somehow get home. Everything was going smoothly at first until the van started moving. Ozone had finished helping Tiberius up and was currently in the process of getting on himself when that happened. The moment the van began moving, Ozone had lost his balance and fell off. If it weren't for the chain, he would have been left behind.

"Almost... got it..." Ozone murmured, his eyes focused on the back of the van. Looking up from the hairless cat with his wing over his shoulder, Tiberius's face fell as he mumbled, "Ozone, we've got a problem."

"I have a problem!" Ozone retorted as he managed to get a hold on the back of the van. His hind legs were dangling though. "Not that problem!" Tiberius hissed.

"Then what?!" Ozone demanded. Just then, a gunshot rang out and a bullet whizzed past his ear. Looking over his shoulder, Ozone's heart plummeted when he saw Mason and his henchmen riding on greyhounds...
