Ten Minutes Later...

"You sure you don't want to try any of these burritos? They're pretty good."

"I'm fine."

"But you're eating a rat."

"I like rats."

"Is that sanitary?"

"No, not exactly... but I'm not eating a burrito. I don't know what's on it."

"These ones have hot sauce on them."

"No can do."

"Why not? Hot sauce is good."

"Not for me. I eat one of those and my throat's gonna swell."

"You're allergic to hot sauce?!"

"What?! No! It's just... I can't handle spicy foods like hot sauce."

"Really?"

"Uh, yeah."

"Can I see?"

"NO!"

"Alright, I was joking!" Ozone defended himself before he could get strangled by the throat again. He had already lost track of how many times that had happened over the course of the day. Finishing up his thirty ninth burrito, he was half tempted to grab his fortieth. However, he refrained himself from doing so. Laying on his back, the hairless feline stared at the sky while Tiberius finished off the rat he had managed to catch.

Watching three pigeons pass overhead, Ozone's thoughts began to wander. "Hey man, what do you think will happen when we get back to the others?" he asked, lifting his head to look at Tiberius. Thinking for a few seconds, the old hawk answered, "If I know Snowball, he's probably gonna have us do this again if it appears that we still hate each other's guts."

"In which I somewhat do yet."

"Yeah, same over here."

"Honestly, I don't think there's ever gonna be a way to make us get along with each other."

"Took the words right out of my mouth."

"Glad to hear that pigeon."

"Hawk."

"Yeah, okay," Ozone meowed. Yawning, he mumbled sleepily, "I think I'm gonna take a little cat nap." Glancing over at Tiberius, the hairless cat saw that the old hawk was about ready to fall asleep as well. Laying down, Tiberius mumbled, "Sounds like a plan... to me..." Resting his head on the ground, he was out within seconds. Biting his lip, Ozone dared to curl up just about an inch or two away from the bird. Blinking his eyes shut, he was soon traveling to the world of dreams...
