Viv's Pov

I heard a screech outside of my 'den'. It had been a month since my sister's death. I went to her grave every day to give her a flower or just to say hello. I ran outside to see another vampire. The 5 one this week...only this one was all to familiar and haunting. I had to sit on the sidelines. My leg still to sore to run on. I looked into the vampire's eyes. NO!!! I-IT CAN'T BE!!! IT-IT'S THE ONE THAT-THAT K-KILLED NEKO!!!!!! Rage took over my body. I went into Kayla's weapon room. We weren't supposed to get our weapons until the end of the month.(As are Kayla's customs) I didn't care though. I HAD to kill this thing! I quickly picked out two Katanas that had a sticky note with my name on it. I guess Kayla already picked out our weapons. I ran out, katanas in hand. Jake began to yell at me.

"STOP!! VIVIAN!!! STOP!! YOU'RE NOT FIT TO FIGHT!!!"

I could tell he was concerned. And he was right. My leg hurt like hell. But I HAD to do this! I jumped and stabbed the Vampire in the neck. It screeched and began to spread it's wings. It suddenly took of in the air. I held onto my katana for dear life. Cameron and Emily were in the air as well as many other flying hybrids and animals. They were fighting off the Vampire. The vampire died when I finnaly got the courage to yank the katana out of it's neck. The blood poured out of the wound on it's neck and it fell to the ground.

Well....I also fell to the ground.

I blacked out and heard Jake's voice. He sounded scared.
