𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮

Long before humans existed and even longer before Earth was the Earth as we know today, guardians ruled over the universe. Each one used their powers to create the universe to the best of its ability, but in the process, they created three additional spirits: Evil, Mischief, and Deception. Created from their own greed and mistrust. While they were only baby spirits, millions of years younger than the originals, they were just as powerful. And so, as both sides grew more powerful as time went on, a war began to brew.

The world that the originals created was beautiful. Each of them used their powers to create the perfect world they could imagine. Yet the chaotic trio of guardians also used their powers to wreak havoc on this new world. With this, the Great War carried on for nearly two thousand years. The Chaotic Trio was on the verge of winning and the Originals were slowly losing their powers to control them as they tried to keep their beautiful world alive at the same time. With the last of their energy, they combined their powers to seal away The Chaotic Trio into the depth of Tartarus. Out of energy, the Originals laid to rest in the world that they created, hoping to regain their powers before the Trio regained their's.

Thousands of more years and the Chaotic Trio regained their power, forcing their way out of the pits of Tartarus. The Originals had not fully regained their powers so instead of trying to fight the three, they became spirits. Becoming spirits allowed them to take on a host within people who matched them, personality-wise and the easiest to control the power they were given. Eventually, the hosts would have to face the Chaotic Trio in the Second Great War.

Salem High School is home to the lowest of lows. Children that will never amount to anything in the eyes of the townspeople. Street Fighters and druggies. Kicked out of school and with nowhere else to go, they ended up here. Some live in the bottom of the barrel, but you never hear them complaining about it. They get their fix from drugs and stealing from the local corner store. They throw parties and enjoy their lives to the fullest, though to others it seems like there isn't any.

Morningstar Academy of Higher Education is home to the highest of the highs. Children that will amount to everything in the eyes of the townspeople. Athletes and musical prodigies. Staying in a school that mommy and daddy pay thousands for. Some of them float at the top of the barrel, and in the shadows, you hear them complaining about it. They get drunk off of delicate wines and steal sloppy kisses at night. They throw parties and enjoy their lives to the fullest, though to others it seems like that just the start of it.
