You weren't easy to scare.

Everyone always talked about the three witches that caused mayhem in Seoul decades and decades ago.
And legend says, if a virgin went to their abandoned house and lit the black flamed candle.

They would be back.

"Pshhh give me a break" you say to your friend Jongin as you guys walked down the hall at school.

You were kind of new in town. And was already sick of hearing about those three odd gentlemen.
For all you knew, it was just a myth.

"I'm telling you the truth Y/N. You gotta have some serious balls to do something like that" he says eyes wide.

"Maybe I do and maybe I am. Wanna join?"
You asked as you stopped walking and turned to face him.

"A-Ani. You have fun with that. And if I don't see you again, it was fun while it lasted" Jongin says pulling you into a hug. Which caused you to scoff into laughter.

"Oh whatever you wuss"

Later that day you went on a stroll to get to know your town a little better. When your earlier idea popped into your head once you approached the abandoned house.

It was run down and creepy to say the least.
But not creepy enough to stop you from going in.

"How bad could it be" you say to yourself. As you walk through the crunching leaves up to the very steps of the house.

Once you climbed the stairs. You reached the door that creaked open when you turned the knob.
Cobwebs lie over everything along with dust. Which greeted you once you stepped foot onto the wooden floor.

You coughed in the thick air in means to clear your throat from its assault.

You then maneuvered through the house and started to touch things until you spotted the legendary candle.

Now smirking, you tried to walk towards it. Until a black cat came out of nowhere and jumped on you. The two of you wrestled before you finally grabbed it and threw it off of you.

"Stupid cat!"

You yelled.

Finally regaining your composure, you grabbed the lighter from your pocket. Flicking it open and gently placing it over the stem.
And just like that, the candle was lit.

Burning bright yellow, the candle suddenly turned black.

Wind blew through the house. Before all of the candles in the house started to spark one by one.
Your eyes followed dramatically as the door slammed shut.

You ran over to it and tried to open it, but it was no use.

"Hahahahahahahaha!"

There was sudden laughter.

The same cat from earlier reappeared and scratched at your leg to get your attention when you looked down.

"This way"

It said.

Your eyes widened upon hearing a talking cat. But nonetheless you followed and hid just before the door bursted open.

"Home sweet home!"

Your mouth hung open once you saw the three men you thought were myths.

"Awww it feel so great to be back! No more dancing with the devil. That guys a jerk" Chen says stretching and cracking his very stiff bones.

"You? I couldn't get over the heat down there. Jeez it always felt like I was in a sauna" Baekhyun co-signed.

Xiumin looked at both of them in disgust.

"Would you two shut up. We need to figure who lit the black flamed candle" he says pointing towards it.

Baekhyun and Chen nodded and started sniffing around when Baekhyun chimed with sudden glee.

"I smell.....a woman"

He says, making your eyes widen.

"Just remain calm" the cat whispers in a deep voice. Your eyes widened once again when you remembered that the cat could talk.

"Sick em boys" Xiumin says.

Chen and Baekhyun then started to look and check under things. As they gradually started to near you.

"I have to do something" you whisper.

The cat was about to protest when you stood up.
All three men turned their attention to you, before you cleared your throat.

"It twas I who brought you back" you say boldly.

"Bubble bubble....I'm in trouble" Baekhyun mutters, staring at you in awe.

"Tell me, why would you want to do something like that?" Xiumin said nearing you. You tried to think for something to say, when he grabbed your hand and slowly brought it to his lips.

"Nevermind that, what year is it?"

"2018" you stutter and Chen laughs.

"We've been dead for 400 years!"

And Baekhyun chuckled.

"Well you know what they say, time flys when your dead!"

The three of them laugh and you casually join them.

"Ahahhahahaha!"

You cackled. Then looked around and noticed that you were the only one still laughing.
So you quickly thought of a way out of there.

"Well it's been great fun. I really must be on my way" you say pulling your hand from Xiumin's grasp and started walking towards the door.

When Baekhyun slid in front of it to stop you.

"But you just got here. Why don't you stay for supper" he says.

"Oh uh, I'm not hungry"

"No? But we are"

Chen co-signed as the three of them grabbed you and tried to bring you to the kitchen. You screamed for them to stop before they suddenly halted.

"Stop! Let her go!"

The three of them look around and noticed the black cat.

"Chanyeol! It been a while, how's the kids? Or should I say kittens?" Baekhyun says before bursting into laughter.

"Still alive I see" Xiumin says as they collectively put you down.

"Of course I am! The curse lasts forever! I can't die" Chanyeol says.

"Right. Let's do something about that shall we. It has been 400 years" Chen says looking at Xiumin for approval. And he quickly nods.

The three of them then grab hands and start to chant some spell:..

"Twist the bones and bend the fat"

-Bippity boppity bippity boppity -

"Trim him of his baby fat"

-Bippity boppity bippity boppity-

"Just"

"Like"

"This"

They say before electric waves were casted through their finger tips and into the black cat. Transforming him into a tall and muscular man.

And if you didn't know any better, you would say he was attractive too.

Luckily for you, Chanyeol didn't waste time after they turned him back. And tackled them to the ground. Disabling them before he broke you out of there and into safety.

You never knew what happened to the three of them. But to this day, everytime you pass by a candle. You can't look at it the same.
