You was supposed to visit your grandmother a long time ago. But unfortunately things kept coming up completely stopping you from doing so. And same vice versa.

The last time you spoke with your grandma. She told you it was a bad time and that you guys would eventually meet.

But that didn't work for you.

You missed her dearly and decided to surprise her instead.

So you took the next bus down to Busan and visited your unsuspecting grandma.

The cab dropped you off in front of her house and you didn't waste time as you ran up the steps and knocked on the door excitedly.

You then heard footsteps shuffling to get the door. And it slowly opened to your grandma. Who peeped outside as if she were scared.

But her facial expression changed upon the realization of who it was.

"Y/N! Omo! What are you doing here!"

"I came to surprise you grandma!"

You say rushing to hug her. As you guys squeezed each other tightly. And she stepped aside to let you in. Before checking behind you throughly then shutting the door.

"I told you it was a bad time dear" she says.
"Nonsense. Anything you need help with, I'm here to help." You told her smiling.

But that only made her even more afraid it seemed.

"What's wrong grandma?"
You asked.

"Oh....uh nothing dear. Let's just go sit and watch television and catch up shall we?"

She suggested and you agreed happily. As that's what you guys had done. Before you watched a movie that ended up in putting your exhausted grandmother to sleep.

You soon become bored and decided to go for a walk to explore the area.

Against your grandmothers wishes.

She previously told you that she didn't want you to leave the house. Because of how dangerous it was outside.

But you only thought it was her being over protective and brushed her off.

So you proceeded outside and started to stroll down the street. And you surprisingly didn't see anyone out. It was as if the place had become a ghost town since the last time you've been.

You thought as you passed a sign that stated.

New Curfew now 7pm

"What the hell?"

You said before you shook your head and continued on with your walk.
In disbelief at the ridiculous time.

You were about 30 minutes into your walk. When you thought of turning around to go back before something stopped you.

"Help!"

You heard.

You looked around but didn't see where it was coming from.

"Please! Help me!"

Your head turned in the direction of the pleas. And saw that it was coming from this huge abandoned house in front of you.

"Help!"

You couldn't ignore the cries for help. And before you knew it. Your feet carried you into the house. And you looked around not knowing where to go.

"Hello! Is someone there?! I'm in here!"

Said the random.

So you followed the voice as it lead you down the hall and into this room with immense sunlight. Separating from the rest of the house.

As your eyes landed on this guy tied up with rope around his wrists and ankles.

"Oh thank god! Please help me! He's coming back!"

"Who?"

"No time! We have to hurry!"

He said and you didn't think twice as you ran up to him and helped him get free. Not ignoring the fact that he was unusually handsome.

When he was completely free. He grabbed your hand as he ran out of the room.

"Follow me, we need to get out of here!" He says.

And right as the words left his mouth. The front door slammed shut.

"This way!"

He said as he then lead you down stairs where it was so dark you couldn't see anything.

But that didn't stop you from being forcefully pulled on.

Next thing you know your falling into something deep.

And you fell with a thud.

It took a minute before you came to your senses after the impact on your head. And you started to sit up. Noticing a long tunnel with light at the end.

"Come on!"

You heard the boy yell.

So you stood up slowly before walking down the cold hallway. When you reached a huge open space that looked as if you were in a cave underground.

There was stacked trash that looked as if it could've reached the sky. Along with old carnivals toys and rides.

"Hello! Hey where'd you go!" You scream as fear started to paralyze you.

"Over here"

You heard a voice say behind you. You then turn around and see the cute boy from earlier. Standing a few feet away from you smiling.

"What are you doing. I thought you said we were-"

You started to say before you were cut off by his obnoxious laughter.

HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

He continued. Before stopping abruptly and staring at you with a straight face.

"Do you want to see a trick?" He asked as his facial expression remained.

You didn't say anything out of shock. Not understanding what was going on. But as if you had said yes. The guy screamed.

"Okay!"

He screams before you see the very skin he was in transform into a fluffy suit. His hands broke as they cracked into larger ones and his regular sized foot blew up into a huge clown shoe. While his face transformed into something sinister.

You couldn't believe what you were seeing as the once cute boy now stands a demonic clown.

"Tahda!!!! Now would you like a balloon?"

He asked. And you felt as if you couldn't respond even if you wanted too.
He then pulls out a red balloon from behind his back before bringing it to his lips and blowing into it. Until it was fully inflated then he reached in his pocket and pulled out a white string before he tied it to the end.

Before letting go of it.

But instead of it floating up.

It floated towards you.

And right as it almost touched you nose.

It popped.

Now having you face to face with the very clown who fooled you into this situation.

And just as you were about to scream. He shushed you.

"Shhh.....there's no need to be afraid! I'm Pennywise the dancing clown! And I'm here to give you a show!" He says. And when you didn't respond, he frowned.

"Say I'm beginning to think you don't like me"

You couldn't stop the tears that were starting to flow down your cheeks. When he roughly stated the very last words you would ever hear.

"Come on sweet cheeks relax! We all float down here! And you'll float too!"

Crappy I know. Sorry if I put any spoilers in the short story I literally just watched the trailer again. I wanted it to better but my brain had other things in mind. Anyway better will come in the near future.
