One
Oh! my dear, poor heart,
You know how they are!
They act so sweet and charming at first,
But deep inside hidden are their secrets dark.
You have been thrown and scraped,
And pierced a thousand times,
Don't fall again for some one,
Neither for their cute looks nor sweet lines.
Today was the day,
The first time I saw him,
In high school cafeteria,
With hair messed up, in a t-shirt black and green.
Giving high-fives to his friends,
All girls talking to him,
He was the most popular kid,
He also had a cute grin.
I can picture myself staring,
At him with my jaws down,
But then had to regain sense,
When he gave me a small frown.
He-
Who is this stupid girl?
Why is she staring at me like hell?
Was something wrong with me?
Was something wrong with her????
I never understood it too well.
I saw her stare with jaws down,
Her silky hair swaying,
Along with the wind over her milky face,
My eyes were awe struck, my face was lying.
I gave her a little frown,
Indicated her to stop staring,
There was a mysterious beauty in her azure eyes,
Which a few moments before were at me, glaring.
She shut her mouth and looked down,
Then tucked her hair behind her ears,
And then walked in a seemingly majestic way,
And her skin shined like thousand sapphires,
She-
I had no choice ,
But to walk away,
Because nothing could be done,
There was nothing more to say.
I observed him many times ,
He acted like he was flawless,
Always busy pointing out others flaws,
But all I knew that,
He was useless, careless and brainless.
He was a rich spoilt brat,
With a fake coating of being popular,
What more could i wish for,
Then not seeing him anywhere near?
