   "You think THIS is going to help us!! It's just a journal!!"
   "Hera! How many times do I have to tell you, the FORCE told me this had the answer!" replies the subject of my anger.
   "I suppose the FORCE didn't give you exact instructions?" I counter.
   "If the Force could give exact instructions, we would've known where Ezra is by now!" Kanan struck back.
   I just glare at the Jedi on the Ghost.
   "Can we PLEASE get back to the datapad? I want to read the first entry!" whines Sabine.
   I glance at Kanan and then reply,"Fine."
   Sabine lets out a very excited squeal and grabs the datapad from my hands.
   After a bit of tapping, she froze."Uhh, Kanan, could you use the Force or something to get the password for this thing?"
   I huff, but Kanan does what Sabine asks and his eyes slide shut.
   "So? What's the password, Jedi Knight?" I ask.
   Still closing his eyes, Kanan replies,"7567."
   Kanan then opens his eyes quickly. "7567? That's Rex's birth number!"
   I ignore the male here. "Sabine, it's all yours."

I open up the first entry and I begin to read:

Dear Datapad,
Hey! I'm Ezra, and I just got you as a present from my friend (who is much older than me) Bariss. I decided to use you as a journal to record my life just in case I have amnesia. That is possible, seeing how things are going.
Let's start with the basics. My full name is Ezra Bridger, I'm 5 years old, I have both my mom and dad alive, and I am "special".
Bariss tells me a name for this thing, but I keep forgetting it. I just call it the Phenomenon, or Menon. I can raise things without touching it. I can jump super high.
Because of that, the older kids in town, the ones that have stormtrooper family, and the ones with the vibroblades, pick on me and mock me.
I get hit in the head a lot, so I might get amnesia.
Thankfully I have a friend in that group of kids that tell me how to avoid the Trooper Kids. She's 15 and she is a really influential part of the group, so she knows every move they'll make.
Uh oh, Mom is yelling at me.

I just listen to every word that comes out of Sabine's mouth carefully. I'm in shock when she finishes.
"Well, Hera, I think the Force was correct this time. Not only do we have a lead, we also know why Ezra is so distant to us." said Kanan.
"This lead is a very faint lead, Kanan." I counter.
"Maybe his amnesia is why he's so closed about himself to us. He's scared he will forget us," Sabine reasons.
"Hmm," I end up musing.
What happened to Ezra, and why are those "Trooper Kids" so influential to him, even now? I think.

So for others who didn't know, go to Notrandomatall 's account and read up his/her book Ezra's Force Journal. It's where I got the idea and it may help you. But reading it is unnecessary but since it's a good book, add it to your library and read it sometime.
So some Hera and Kanan dynamic, first entry, ya dee ya ya.
If you are wondering where Zeb is, don't worry, he's not dead or captured. Or is he...All will be revealed the next chapter...
