Your pov.

I was at my desk looking out the window. A couple desks away from me are all the popular kids. Natsu, Gray, Jellal, Lucy, Erza, Mira, Lisanna, and all of them. My exceed, Janna, came over to me. She just kept staring at happy. But she was sad because he had a crush on Carla.

"How do I get noticed by him? " she asked me. I just looked at her.

"He'll notice you soon. Don't worry about it. At least people know who you are. Some people think I'm new here. " I said.

"Y/n did you hear about Fairy tail high going up against Sabertooth in a singing competition? " she asked.

"Yeah, what about it? " I asked.

"They will announce who's competing in a couple of minutes. And the singer gets to choose people to dace with them. " she said.

"Well I don't care. I didn't even audition. " I said. She just quietly laughed evilly. I looked at her confused. "What? " I asked.

"I might of sent them a video of you singing. " she said.

"Y-you did what?! You know how I get in front of others! You know I have stage fright! " I whisper shouted to her.

"You need to get over it. " she said.

"Attention students..." Principal Makorav said. "I will be announcing the person who will representing us against sabertooth! " he shouted. I gulped and my heart was beating fast. "It's... Y/n l/n!!!! Congratulations I hope you bring us that win! " he shouted. My eyes widened, and I felt like I was melting. Everyone looked at me.

"In that girl is y/n. " Juvia said. I looked down wide eyed. "She doesn't look the part..." Juvia cut herself off as she walked towards me. She gave me a death stare. "You better win this for us or else. " she said.

"Was that a threat? " I asked.

"And what if it was? I didn't get to represent fairy tail! Which means I'm not going to be able to sing for my love! So you better win! " she said. I rolled my eyes. I looked at Janna. I stood up and walked towards the door. I kept looking down though since everyone was staring.

"So who are you choosing to dance with you? " I heard someone say. I looked up and say Lucy.

She was a cheerleader. Of course everyone will like her I mean at times the girl is almost naked, and I'm covering my body. I wear saggy shirts, and sweat pants. She gave me a closed eyed smile. Just than an image came inti by head. My eyes widened. My hands turned into fists. My eyes getting teary. I grabbed my bookbag, and ran out of the class. I saw Janna running after me. I went to the locker room and took off my shirt. I had a tank top under and put on my p.e. shirt and changed my sweats to leggings.

I just sat down and Janna ran up to me.

"Y/n what's wrong? " she asked.

"Juvia is right. I know she's mad because she didn't get the part. She's usually nice. But look at me I'm nothing like the other girls here. " I said. Tears threatening to run down my cheeks.

"Y/n don't let that one comment put you down. " she said.

"No! It's not only been once! " I shouted as tears ran down my cheeks, but I quickly whipped away my tears. I rubbed my eyes.

"Y/n..." Janna was cut off by the sound of the bell. All the girls came into the locker room. They started to change. I changed my shoes, and put all my clothes along with my backpack, and my regular shoes. Janna's locker was close to mine. Here's was at the bottom and she started to change. "Hey how about we go to the mall after school? " she asked. I just shrugged. Me and her walked out of the locker room and went to role call. All the guys are already out here. I stayed away, and that's when Erza came to me. I looked down and she grabbed my wrist.

"Look I know we don't know each other very well, but it's never to late to make friends. The way I saw you leave the classroom I couldn't stand it. I've felt the way you've felt before believe me. That's why I want you to be my friend. What do you say? " she said. I looked up at her wide eyed. Janna looked wide eyed as well. "I'm not doing this because you got the part. I've been wanting to be your friend for a while now, but I either can't find you, or because I don't know how to talk to you. " she said. I slowly nodded my head. She gave me a soft warm smile.

She took me with her friends, aka the popular kids. I looked down and Janna was talking to Carla. They easily became friends.

"Guys I want you all to meet my new friend y/n. " Erza said. natsu came up to me with a toothy yet warm welcoming smile.

"Hi there y/n, I'm Natsu. This is Gray, Jellal, Lucy, Mira, Canna, Lisanna, Juvia. And well you know everyone else! I hope you can get comfortable around us and open up to us! " he said. I looked up at him and looked at everyone around me. I looked at Janna, her and Happy are talking! I totally ship it! A smile slowly came up on my face.

"Y/n your smiling again! I never thought I was going to see you smile ever again! " she shouted. Erza put her hand on my shoulder.

"Your right Janna. It is nice to have friends. " I whispered. And the teacher came.

"So nobody is in role call. That's it to the track. " the teacher shouted.

"Oh come on teach! We just became friends with y/n! " Natsu shouted.

"Oh in the case everyone to the gym. I didn't feel like teaching today anyways. " he said. We all walked to the gym. At times I'd stay quite, at other times I talked with my new friends.

•time skips•

The last bell rang and it was time to go home. I packed everything up and walked out of the school. Me and Janna went to the mall. We we're talking when I bumped into someone. I looked back, and the person looked at me. He had blonde spiky hair.

"Sorry. " I said quietly looking down as fast as I can.

"Tch." Is all you heard. We both kept walking out separate ways. I found a dress, but I didn't have enough money for it. Looks like I'll start looking for a job. But his school uniform looks so familiar, but why?
