A Land Down Under
Sarah groaned as she rolled her head to the side which sent shooting pain down her neck and spine.
'Ugh, what the hell happened?' She thought groggily as she placed a hand on her forehead barely cracking open her eyes. 'Did my computer blow up or something?" She thought as she tried to reach out and cut off her rather bright desk lap. However, as she reached out she grasped nothing but air as the soft feel of grass brushed against her exposed wrist.
"Wha...?" She murmured as she lifted up her head to look around. She gasped when she saw that she was laying on a bed of golden flowers. She slowly sat up and looked around her new surroundings in confusion.
"Where....where am I?" She asked aloud as she looked up to the source of the light pouring down on her. Her eye's squinted as she raised up a hand to block some of the light that stung her eyes. She gasped when she felt something soft and furry brush against her left hand which instantly caused her to whip her head around but when she saw nothing her brow raised in confusion. 'Am I going nuts?' She thought as a chill ran up her spine at the thought.
'No, no way.' She thought again as she shook her head vigorously. However, as she did so she realized that her head was slightly heavier than usual.
Sarah's face wrinkled further in confusion as she slowly reached her hands up to the top of her head. Her mouth fell open in shocked horror when she felt the start of what seem to be...ears? She guided her hands up the foreign objects that now seemed to be attached to her head, and realized that the were in fact tall, dog like, ears?!
"No way." She gasped out, voice barely over a whisper as her eye's widened in shocked horror. A chill ran up her spin when she felt the same soft furry item brush against her calf and she jumped to her feet. Spinning on her heels she kept seeing a blur of something black following her until she managed to grab onto it and realized that it was, her tail?
"Wha....what the hell is going on?!" Sarah screamed fear and panic clear in her voice as her hands clenched tighter around her long furred tail.
"Well, well, well...." A sinister yet childish voice said from behind her.
Sarah spun around find the source of the voice only to be faced with a small golden flower smiling menacingly back at her.
"W-what?" Sarah stuttered out as fear began to build in her as she stepped back, hands still clutching onto her tail.
"This is very interesting." The flower said it's smile growing wider still as it laughed demonically which sent chills up the females spine.
"W-who are you?" She stuttered out as she took another cautious step back. "What are you?"
"I'm Flowey. Flowey the flower!" It, er Flowey, said it's voice suddenly becoming much less menacing and more child like. His face, however, still held the extremely creepy smile that sent chills up Sarah's spin.
"What do you want?"
"Me? Oh, nothing......just your soul." Floweys smile widened even more that this statement, if that was even possible, and Sarah felt fear grip onto her very soul. She took another step away from the clearly murderous plant as her eyes darted about the area, frantically searching for a way out. Then, as if by some miracle, she saw a door not to far away from her. She made a break for it her legs going at an unbelievably fast pace. It didn't last long when the plant suddenly appeared before her, grinning even more wickedly up at her.
"And where do you think you're going?" Flowey asked with an evil giggle as little white pellets appeared around Sarah. She looked around frantically for a way out of this horrible situation but when she took a step the pellets seemed to follow her every move and began to close in on her.
"DIE!" Flowey yelled and began to laugh like some kind of mad man.
'This is it.' Sarah thought as a mixture of dread and fear pooled into the pit of her stomach. The pellets were now inches away from her body and she squeezed her eye's shut and braced herself for the pain of death.
But......nothing happened. Sarah cracked her right eye open slightly just in time to see a ball of fire hit Flowey and send the small plant flying, while also making a strange squeaking sound. The pellets disappeared as soon as he did. This allowed Sarah to release a breath she didn't even know she had been holding as she blinked open both her eye's just as a somewhat tall goat like creature rushed over to her concern clear on her soft features.
"Oh my goodness! Are you alright my child?"
