Two men talk while in a car, on the way to their new house. They'll be sharing with a roommate named Edd. The man in the drivers seat wears a blue hoodie, his brown hair is spiked up and his eyes replaced with black voids. The man in the passengers seat wears a purple hoodie along with a green overcoat. His orange hair spiked aswell, but a different style from his friends.
"I don't see why you wore your overcoat for a three hour ride." Tom draws out the word three with a groan.
"I have to make a good first impression on our new roommate!" Chimes Matt.
"Heh, you'll make an impression alright."
"What's that suppose to mean?!"
"Don't worry about it, now, keep an eye out for the house." Matt simply grumbles to himself as he looks out the car window, pressing his face against the glass. After a few minutes of driving, getting lost, and Matt's complaining a smile crosses Tom's face.
"This must be the place." Says Tom.
"YAY!" The ginger throws his arms up and smiles widely. The brunette lets out a slight chuckle and pulls their car into the driveway of a nice looking house. Matt hops out of the car and stretches, Tom does the same, then he walks to the trunk opening it and hauling out mostly Matt's luggage. The front door of the house Tom and Matt pulled up to opens. There stands a man in a green hoodie, his hair a short messy brown mop on his head, his mouth pulled into a warm smile.
"Hey!" Edd waves, walking to the car to help with luggage. "You must be my new roommates."
"Yeah, seen as we're here with all our stuff" Tom says sarcastically, Edd responding with a slight chuckle, holding out his hand
"I'm Edd."
"Tom." He smiles, shaking Edd's hand. Matt jumps out behind Tom with a wide smile, he holds out his hand too.
"I'm Matt! It must be great meeting someone as awesome as me!" Tom sighs, continuing to grab suitcases from the car. Edd chuckles lightly, shaking the tall gingers hand, then turning to help Tom.
~~Time Skip~~
The three men stand inside the house, Tom and Matt look around as Edd talks.
"This should be nice, you guys can help me pay rent, and plus, it's been getting boring here anyways. The more the merrier, eh?"
"Yup, the more the merrier!" Matt chirps, Edd smiling in response.
"Woo hoo." Grumbles Tom.
"Heh, well there are two open rooms down the hall, both are about the same size but one has a bigger closet." Edd was cut off when Matt ran to the rooms to find out which had the bigger closet, leaving Tom and Edd in the living room with the luggage. "Well, I'll let you two unpack your stuff, if you need any help at all just call me. We'll all talk more at dinner!"
"Got it." Tom mumbles in response. Edd walks off to his own room, leaving the door open a crack. Tom grabs his suitcases and walks to the unclaimed room. The walls were a shade of blue, making him smile lightly. Edd's right, this could be nice. He sets his bags on the bed, starting to unpack.

 Matt looks around the room and smiles, he runs to grab his suitcases and bring them back to the room, setting them on the bed to unpack. He opens one to find multiple framed photos of himself. He grabs some photos, displaying them out on his nightstand.
~~Time Skip...... Again~~
The three sit at a table, discussing different things, joking around, and asking questions.
"So, Edd, what job do you have?" Tom says leaning back in his chair, his hands in his hoodies pocket.
"Oh, well, I'm animator. So, I animate cartoons and post comics to the Internet." Edd replies, opening a can of cola.
"So cool!" Whispers Matt, "Could you draw me?"
"Heh, thanks Matt, maybe I will draw you sometime!" Edd takes a sip of his cola. "Anyways, what do you guys think of your new rooms? Any problems?"
"Well, the closet is a bit sma-" Matt is interrupted mid-sentence by Tom's elbow in his side.
"The rooms are perfect, thank you Edd." Says Tom.
"Its no problem!" Edd laughs under his breath, "How long have you two known each other?"
"All our lives actually, it's a.. Uhh, complicated story but I was basically adopted my Matt's family, so we're like brothers I guess."
"That's real nice." Edd let out a light yawn. "I think I'm gonna draw a bit then go to sleep, I'll see ya tomorrow" Edd waved goodnight as he walked to his room, sitting at his desk and grabbing his drawing tablet.

 In the kitchen Matt yawned aswell, stretching his arms out.
"I could really stretch out my wings right about now." Matt whimpered.
"Well," Tom stood up, walking to his room, "stretch em' out all you want, in your room."
"Yeah, ok. Goodnight Tom." Matt said, starting to walk to his own room.
"Goodnight Matt." Tom shut his door, taking off his blue hoodie and dropping it on the floor, leaving him in a grey shirt. He stretched out his folded up, feathered wings. Tom's wings were long and smooth, a silky light blue. He let out a yawn as he crawled into his bed, covering himself with a blanket and laying his head on a pillow.

 Matt watched his best friend close the door to his new room, Matt sighed, closing the door. He took off his overcoat, putting it on a hanger in the closet, along with his purple hoodie. Matt changed into his night clothes and stretched out his wings. They were large and fluffy, being different shades of brown and some white. Matt smiled as he ruffled his feathers, laying in he's bed, he used his wings as a blanket for the most part, but put a light sheet over himself anyways.
