When she was younger, Treekit lived normally. She wanted to be a leader when she grew up, she wanted to fight, and she wanted to be happy. But when a fight actually happened, Treepaw managed to get a big scar on her belly for not paying attention to her attacker. She lost a lot of blood, but somehow managed to survive. She got her warrior name by what she was best at. She was amazing at climbing up trees and leaping from one to another. Treeleaper.

Her mentor was Hailfall, who wasn't anywhere close to being the leader yet, and she was trained discipline and order. She was also trained to blend in with the crowd. Since Treeleaper sucked at that, she ended up getting a nick in her ear or two. This was the part of her life that was hell. (thankfully, Hailfall learned from her mistakes and took care of Fernstalk better) Treeleaper during that time had learned to stand up to bullies and to be optimistic. That's why she is always happy.

When she turns 87 moons old, Treeleaper retires and becomes an elder. Her mate, Gorsesky, retires with her, leaving Fernstalk to be the leader. But Fernstalk appoints a new deputy and lets them lead instead, because Fernstalk steps down and becomes an ordinary warrior again.
