"Madison I need some help here." I tell looking at Madison through the mirror.

Tonight is going to be the last night we'll be staying here and now we are getting ready for the bonfire. I have never been to a bonfire party before. But after passing that warm night with Harry, lying on the cold hard ground beside the fire, I've become so addicted to fire.

"Here you go." Madison pecks my lips after helping me to zip up the dress.

We walk to the backyard and discover Mani already in front of the small bar.

"Hey mum." Madison smiles looking at her and I hug Mani.

"Let's go, how am I looking by the way?" Mani asks dramatically flipping her hair.

"Deadly sexy." I giggle and she smacks my forearm playfully. I see Madison rolling his eyes, laughing.

"Erm....your hair, it's too long. I mean it's straight and has crossed your lower back. You can get a haircut before it gets longer." Madison tells while walking towards the wooden seats which have been beautifully decorated for the bonfire specially.

"Thanks for the concern but I love it longer anyway. But I can give it a try with the frontal part and cut a little maybe." I chuckle and he smiles.

"Take this mad with you! He needs a haircut first! His hair will grow longer than his girlfriend's after some days!" Mani smacks Madison's head and he frowns, I turn my laughter into coughs somehow.

His long hair reminds me of Harry's long curls.

Harry.

Only if I knew this name would turn into the most missed name in my brain, I would've never let the name enter into my life.

"Hi." I look down as I feel someone pulling the hem of my dress.

"Oh hi Rosette!" I smile looking at the little girl and take her in my arms. "Madison, Mani, this is Rosette. We met at the beach." I tell looking at them.

Madison takes her in his arms and kisses both of her cheeks. I stare at him, watching him behaving with the girl with so much affection.

"Come, sittt wid usss." She tells emphasizing each word.

"Okey, we're going there anyway. Have you found any dolphin yet?" I ask tucking some hair behind her ears.

"Nooouuu." She pouts.

"Oh, hope you find one soon." I tell pinching her cheeks softly. She smiles and pinches my cheeks too, I giggle in response.

"Let's sit on the tree branches Madison." I propose excitedly discovering the fire, which is surrounded with big branches of trees and people are sitting on them.

"But they have chairs." He sighs.

"Okey." I pout and he nods, trying to hide the frown on his face.

"Oh shit." Madison gasps, making me to look at him.

I bit my tongue watching the chocolate stain on his white t-shirt. Rosette's milk shake glass has accidentally slipped from her hand and has created a world map on Madison's t-shirt.

"Sowwy, I.....I....."

"It's okey, come to me." I take Rosette from Madison and make her stand on the ground.

"It's okay? Snow she has spoilt my new t-shirt and my pants too!" Madison yells and I look at Rosette's nervous face at a glance.

"Calm down Madison, you're scaring her!" I whisper yell placing Rosette behind me.

"Oh God! Just........I'm going to the room and I'm not coming back. Live your jerk life here with jerks!" He frowns and walks away turning around.

"Mad....." I intend to stop him but Mani stops me by my hand.

"He needs to learn controlling his anger because of small matters. Don't go now, he'll regret and come back by his own. Men." Mani angrily tells looking at Madison.

I leave a long breathe looking at her and walk towards the tree branches. I introduce Mani with Rosette's family and we all involve ourselves in a friendly gossiping. Rosette's father brings marshmallows and chilled beer for us. A group of boys and girls joins the party after half an hour.

My memories with Harry start to light up in my mind when I hear them playing the song animals, or maybe this particular song is playing just in my head. A weak smile plants on my lips remembering how he was singing the song and flirting with me all the way.

"Where's your boyfriend?" Rosette's mom asks looking around me.

"He doesn't like to be in this kind of places." I smile looking down.

"Oh, boys you know! Their mood swings like a pregnant woman." Mani winks and I laugh.

"I think so." I agree with her during my laughter.

A familiar ringtone alerts me. I unzip my bag and discover it's Madison's phone. The call ends and a text blinks up. Accidentally on purpose I tap on the message and my eyes get widened watching the text.

*Missing you babe, call me when you're free. – Regina.*

Babe? Regina? What's all this? My blood starts to run faster under my skin as my grip tightens around Madison's phone.

"Excuse me everyone." I stand up and walk towards the room we've been staying in.

"Madison." I knock on the door but no reply comes from behind it.

"Ma..........." I swirl the doorknob and the door opens.

I enter into the room tiptoeing and hear the water going on inside the bathroom. I lock the door and sit on the couch tiredly. My mind reminds me about the text again and a dissatisfactory breath leaves my lips . I feel so worthless right now. I feel so insecure about myself after all that happened with me.

You're unique. You know who you are but you have no idea about who you can be.

I cover my ears with my hands and gasp when Harry's words tries to nip down my mind.

A sound makes me to open my eyes and I look at a wet Madison coming out of the washroom. I keep sitting on the couch crossing my legs. I finally decide to part my lips as he doesn't even response to my presence in the room.

"Who's Regina?" I ask looking at his back.

He turns around and looks at me with narrow eyes.

"Regina?" He fires me the same question.

"Yea Regina. You missed a call from her and......and she has texted you." I look at him and widen my hand with his mobile towards him.

He walks fast to me and nearly snatches his phone from my hand.

"Oh! Regina! She's my friend." He smiles.

"Oh really? Great!" I laugh sarcastically.

"One second Snow! First of all, you have read my personal text. Secondly, you're suspecting me!" He yells and throws the phone on the bed.

"Nope, who am I to suspect you Madison?" I ask sadly, in a soft tone.

"Really. I'm the one who should suspect you. You're the one who was with that Harry boy for whole two nights!" He tells raising his eyebrows.

The whole world around me stops hearing Madison. Did he really say those words? My vision gets blurry and I keep looking at him blankly. A lot of words get stuck behind my lips but my lips get unable burst them out.

"Yes," I force a smile looking at Madison when the corner of my eyes starts to get heavy with tears. "I was the one who has spent the best two days of life with Harry. And you know what? Now I'm regretting being here with you." I say gritting my teeth and then discover Mani standing at the door.

"And what's going on here?" Mani asks coming near me and pulling me to her by my side.

"We can't be together mom." Madison surprises me by his sudden decision.

"I ran away, from everything, for you Madison, it's getting hard for me to believe the fact now." I tell with a cracked voice.

"But............" Mani starts to tell something but is cut off by Madison.

"No Snow! I'm sorry! I'm tired of all these things!" he sticks his hands with pleading eyes.

"What the hell are you talking about Madison huh? She has come all the way for you to listen that you're gonna break up with her?" Mani stands between us, facing Madison.

I keep staring at him with blank eyes. What's going on with me? Has the world decided to manipulate me or I'm in the verge of taking the decision to disappear? What do I have with me now? Nothing? I've lost everything, even the last thing I thought would be mine forever, Madison.

"Mom I can't! I.........I'm in a......in a relationship." He frowns and I feel weak on my knees.

"You....you're in a relationship? You never told." I tell, my whole body trembling.

"I.........Snow I was tired of.............."

"You cheated Madison! You cheated!" I yell using all of the stamina left in my body.

"Yes I cheated Snow! I cheated with you over Regina! Cause I don't have to earn luxurious houses to impress her father! I don't have to be a CEO for marrying her! I don't have to keep my love story secret from everyone because I don't have a good financial status! I don't have to get humiliated for being myself, or working in a restaurant rather than owning it! My family doesn't have to listen to curses and death threats from her family! And she doesn't have a lower class mind like you have nowadays, maybe after staying with that boy." He finally stops and I remain speechless. His words hurt, they're nothing but true, without the Harry part.

"Don't tell a word against her Madison." Mani shouts.

Or I should say that Madison the coward lover who can't confess his love so his girlfriend has to run to him with the help of a random boy? You should go back to your home and be happy with money. Love can't buy money but money can buy love. People love you until your pocket is heavy.

"Yeah! You're right! Absolutely right Madison! The fault is all mine that I fell for a coward lover like you! The only thing you loved me for is money! Someone said that people love you until your pocket is heavy and you proved that well!" I reply with confidence remembering what Harry said to me earlier.

Each time it's Harry and his words that I'm being reminded of but I jerked it away anyway. I shouldn't let my mind remind of him anytime and maybe I don't even want to. Because each time I think of him, my mind forces me to think directly about the intimate moments I've passed with him.

"What the hell Snow! Just get out from here." Before I could realize anything, Madison has his hand slammed against my cheek and is returned another one by her mother. I find myself sitting on my knees, crying, Mani's arms wrapping me.

"How dare you to slap her Madison! If anyone is getting out from here, it's you!" Mani yells caressing my arms and I bury my face on her chest.

"But m.........."

"You heard me! I never imagined that you'll hurt her in this way!" She stands up hugging me and leads me to the edge of the bed. I hear the main door slams and later the sound of a car running away.

"Ssshhh....don't cry." Mani gives me a glass of water and I choke a few times while drinking it. Taking the empty glass away from my hand, she sits beside me.

"I....I don't k...know Mani, they skipped from my........"

"I've no complaints against your words." She says and I look at her surprisingly.

"Look Snow, I'm a grown up woman and I've passed your age. The things that you've done to come to Madison, leaving all, I can feel the struggle. And after that he breaks up with you...........please forgive me dear." Her voice cracks and I hug her tightly, both of us sobbing.

I still need someone or something to live for, maybe.

Why do I want to live? Because taking the decision of ending your life is the hardest when you're the decider -my mind replies.
