The rest of the week just flew by like crazy. Probably because nothing important really happened. I was so excited and I just couldn't wait til my birthday. I woke up and checked my phone. There were some many messages from my friends and family wishing me a Happy Birthday...wait a minute...I checked the date. Saturday, May 30 Holy bananas, I literally forgot it was my birthday today. I feel stupid.

"(Y/N), breakfast is ready." I heard my mother yell. "Coming." I quickly got dressed and ran down the stairs, almost tripping. On the table there was pancakes, eggs, bacon, and a fruit salad. This was the birthday traditional breakfast. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" My mom, dad, and sister surprised me. I blushed. "Thanks you guys. I love y'all so much." I sat down and we all dug in.

After breakfast, mom brought out a gift for me. It was from mom, dad, and Crystal. "Oh no, you guys. You didn't have to get me anything." I said, trying to be modest. "Would you like for us to take it back?" Mom pulled it back towards her. "Of course not! Gimme." I stretched out my arms to receive the gift. Mother gave it to me and I opened it. Inside the small box were two tickets to ComicCon. I was speechless. She really did this for me? "H-how..wha-I...I don't understand-" Mom interrupted me. "Your father and I thought this over and decided to give you a chance to meet your idol." I started crying. Was this real? Am I really going to meet Markiplier himself?! "Thank you guys so much. You have no idea how happy and thankful I am." I pulled the three of them into a group hug.

*****Time skip to ComicCon*****

My mother and I walk into ComicCon to see all the different booths and stands for different people and their merchandise. "Wow, this is amazing." I said looking down the aisles. A lot of the booths were still being put together, so mom and I decided to go get refreshments. On the way there, I see a small group of people who look to be other YouTubers. I see JackSepticEye, Matthias, Pewdiepie, and a few more I don't recognize. And in the middle of the group, is Markiplier. As we walk by, I stare at Mark until he stares back. I quickly look away and keep walking. I felt something in my chest. A very weird feeling...

"What's wrong, (Y/N)?" I took a deep breath to calm down. "Nothing. I just saw Markiplier." My mother popped her head up to look at the group of YouTubers we just passed. "Where? Is that him with the red hair?" I felt embarrassed. "Mom! Quiet down. Your embarrassing me." She calmed down. "Did he see you?" Asked mother, anxiously. "What?! No...maybe." My mother did a little squeal of excitement. "My baby's gonna meet a famous person!" I was embarrassed again. "Mother shush! Your embarrassing me again!" Mother quickly was quiet. Besides, it's not like the look meant anything. He was just looking at me, that's all. It's not like he wants to date me or anything...right?
