•So Jacob and I had to go back home because we got news that our family doesn't have money anymore.•

•Anyway, we went back home to try and help figure the whole thing out 'cause it seemed so sudden to us.•
•A big cause of this was the fact that Jake and I are just two of five children in my family meaning we're a big money pit.•
•In addition to an already struggling store manager and stay at home mom raising five kids, both of our grandparents fell ill.•
•All of us are a close-knit family, so this was not only a cash drain, but an emotional drain for everyone.•
•Luckily when I found out the news I had Mercy with me to help me remain stable in such a hard time.•
•With no money to pay medical bills, and no help from the government or the hospital or anyone, they both passed away quickly.•
•After the funerals, Mercy went back home. Jake and I stayed and are staying with our family indefinitely.•
•We couldn't afford to pay the mortgage on the house since they jacked up the amount we had to pay, so no house for us.•
•Never fear. We found a cheap motel and with the money Jake and I have saved from working we can afford to stay for a while.•
•Meals are tricky since there's my mom and recently fired father, Jake and I, our two little sisters, and tiny brother Brody.•
•We are figuring it out as we go. I'm back to grab the cash I had and my bank card. Mercy said she'd come back for a bit too.•
•There's something else I have to do that I don't want to do. It's so hard for me to do, but I can't leave it like this.•
•It's not fair to Emery to have him sitting, waiting around for me when I don't even know when or if I'm coming back.•
•Emery, you should be out hitting the town with a boy you can count on, a boy who's there for you.•
•Honey, I'm so so sorry I haven't been here and I'm even more sorry I won't be here. More than that, I'm sorry for what I'm about to say.•
