Mother Who?
Mother Who?

The boatman takes a wife,
The poet takes a wife,
Spin, spin, the merry-go-round
They both take a wife.
The writer plucks a quill,
The painter dips his brush,
Spin, spin, the merry-go-round
The writer plucks a quill.
The rooster pecks the whack,
The duck says, quack-quack,
Spin, spin, the merry-go-round
The rooster pecks the whack.
The farmer strings his neck,
The farmer goes whack, whack,
Spin, spin, the merry-go-round
The farmer strings his neck.
There's feathers in the pillow,
The son bends the willow,
Spin, spin, the merry-go-round
There's feathers in the pillow.
The writer writes the verse,
There's pennies in his purse,
Spin, spin, the merry-go-round
The
Writer
Writes
The verse.
