The feeling of being plunged into complete darkness is unknown to the human kind. That emotion of fear radiating from your pores and the anxiety that come with it.

Why.

I saw the light, yes.

But half of me stays in the void.

You would think that maybe that was the end of it. Seeing the light would end your pains and misery. But it only brought me a void. A dark hole that swallowed me completely. No thought of where I came from nor who I was. My reflection being the only thing that haunts my dreams the void that fills my mind an only small reminder of what I've become. I don't remember but yet I do. I feel the pain but you don't. I see what you don't I hear what you don't but yet a smile is forced on my face only to prevent my inner turmoil from being noticed. Any emotion wiped until I was only an empty shell that does nothing but hope. Hope that maybe, just this once, I could see a happy ever after. That just this once that void would be filled. Just this once they can live to see what I couldn't.

And maybe

This is my wish.

My memory from this life will forever be a void but I remember my past life as vividly as yesterday. The pains my sisters lived. The ones  they never had the chance to escape. The ones I had to live through and see my entire life. From my eldest sister's death by fire at the hands of the celestial beauty to karmas own fate unravel beneath her feat. It's an eternal curse set on us, never to experience life later than 30. I've seen the flames murder one, I've seen the air leave the lungs of another, the sword that pierced her heart and the land that  swallowed the other.

You would think I would get used to the pain of seeing my sisters die over and over again. But it only got worse.
So much worse.
You would think being young would be a blissful blessing, but it's my curse. At the end of it all, all I can do is follow them in a blissful slumber only to awaken last. Just in time for the pain to start. Every life would be the same, I would experience their pain twice as hard at the moment of their deaths.

It's what I am, and I can't run away. But for now all I can do is remember this life, the one that was so brutally taken from me. All I can do is to try and fill that void and hope.

Hope it all ends.

Anna's pov***

I hummed quietly while brushing zaidas long black locks, happy to have her back but also worried about Celeste. Zaida sighed, "Anna why is it black? What happened to my hair.." I bit my cheek and smiled. Keeping what happened hidden from her at all costs, "you dyed it sweetie. You wanted it to be black but you bought the wrong dye." She chuckled dryly. As if all emotion was drained from her now porcelain features, "I'm terrible at this then.." We sat there quietly as I continued to brush her hair. "Who is he?" I frowned confused as to whom she was referring to. "Who?"

"The tall man with white hair. The one that keeps looking at me with a hurt and sad look in his eyes." I bit my lip and smiled, " why don't you talk to him and try to start fresh? You know, get to know each other again. It's safe you can trust him." She nodded. A hurried knock was heard and Nikki burst through the door breathing heavily with a bright smile on her face. Relief filled me and all I could think was, it's about damn time.

Darks pov*****

I stared at Celeste's sleeping figure. It had been days after the attack and she had yet to awake. I hated to see her like this, the worry was killing me. "You're such a bitch for keeping me this worried...." Nikki sighed and tried to force feed Celeste again, "she reminds me of a huge grizzly bear hibernating. Not to mention she looks like one." I chuckled at Nikki remark, " are you just going to take that Celeste? Are you going to let your twin call you fat?" Nothing.. She stayed motionless like always. Every day we would attempt to taunt her with Insults and sweets, in attempt to get her to wake up as soon as possible. "You know Zaida was the culprit of your missing cookies back then. Aren't you going to do something about it?"

Silence...

Nikki shook her head, "stop trying dark.. It won't work, she won't wake up." A frustrated and angered sigh left me, I refused to let her leave me and take the children with her. "Selfish bitch.. What? You don't think I deserve to meet my kids? Are you so selfish enough to take a risk and then die right after?? IS THIS SOME KIND OF A JOKE?! I DEMAND YOU TO WAKE UP CELESTE I DEMAND YOU TO GET UP AND YELL AT ME! SAY SOME SARCASTIC INSULT. CALL ME NAMES IF YOU WANT TO! PUT A LEASH ON ME LIKE YOU DID BACK THEN AND TRY ALL OF SEPHORA ON ME LIKE YOU DID LAST TIME AND CALL IT HUMAN TESTING! Just please don't stay quiet..." At this point I was overwhelmed, tears streaming down my face and falling on celestes cheeks. Nikki rubbed my back in a comforting manner and spoke, "dark-"

"Someone tell the fucker to stop leaving his damned salty ass tears on my face before I beat his bitch ass..." we both jumped and looked down at Celeste, who smirked at us cockily, "can I have cake please?" complete joy filled me at the sight and I just couldn't help myself but hug her. "Tsk are you two deaf?? I said I wanted cookies. And what do you mean by zaida was the culprit of my missing cookies???"

Yep that's my Celeste alright...

Nikki laughed and ran out to get Celeste some more food, not to mention sweets. I looked down at her, my smile soon being replaced by a frown, "never do that again..." Celeste rolled her eyes at me then slowly sat up, "don't be ridiculous dark nothing bad happened-"

"But what if it did huh? Do you think I would have liked it if both you and our kids died Celeste what the hell were you thinking?!" She rolled her eyes at me again, "nothing happened though, she said it was safe.." I felt my frown deepen, "what do you mean by she? Celeste who are you talking about?" Celeste bit her bottom lip and played around with her fingers for a bit and finally answered, "before I fainted I saw a woman.. she had long white hair, blue eyes, and she looked awfully young but she gave off the vibe of being  ancient.. and she was wearing a gold lined white dress. She said that everything will be ok, that she wouldn't let anything happen to the kids. Then she smiled and I passed out." I frowned a bit once she finished. I had been with her the entire time and not once have I seen a woman fitting that description while cel fainted. Could it be she saw-

The door slammed open scaring both of us and we saw Anna hurriedly make her way towards cel looking booth relieved and angry. "You mother fucking bitch Celeste!" She growled, "how the hell could you even do that WE WERE WORRIED SICK!" Celeste growled a bit annoyed and began to fidget around with her index fingers, " I already apologized to dark for more than thirty minutes I don't want to do that with every person I see.. plus! I gave you guys the advantage in the fight so tell me you guys won." I sighed and sat next to her, "it was more like the enemy retreated after we saved zaida." Celeste looked at me wide eyed then at Anna, "zaida? You guys found her SHES HERE?!" Anna scowled and motioned the overjoyed Celeste to quiet down, "yes but a few things. She lost her memory and has no idea about this place or who the guys are. She doesn't know what happened and I told her the reason why she doesn't remember anything was because she fell from a horse and hit her head. She knows nothing about being tortured or-"

"SHE WAS WHAT?!"

Anna hissed and clamped her hands over her loud sisters mouth, "KEEP QUIET! She doesn't know about any of that so don't mention it to her! Also her hair is jet black but I told her it was because she used the wrong dye to dye it-" Celeste huffed with her eyebrow raised at her sister, "honestly you're terrible at lying." Anna scowled and ignored Celeste, "which is why I need you too keep the secret and act like nothing happened!" Celeste scoffed and snuggled close to me, "fine fine. Just let me see the twerp." Once saying this it seemed she had timed it perfectly because zaida and Nikki walked in with two trays of food and sweets. Much to my dismay, and Celeste's delight, the sweets seemed to be the majority of the food they brought. But I have to say Celeste was quite impressive with her acting skills because once the food was brought in she acted like zaida was never missing nor tortured and dug right in the food.

Yep, my typical Celeste...

Wind swirled around the two demoness's while they watched the joyful reunion of the principesas from afar. Rowena hummed but made no motion to move causing her younger sister to frown. Janice sighed and continued to watch over the heir with a slight smirk forming her lips. The thought of the girls thinking this was a victory for them was absolutely amusing. But it was alright. She could live a little longer while letting them savor their so called "victory". If Roxanne's plan continued to go accordingly as planned, well...

Janice giggled sadistically once more.

Annareh will be the last heir to ever walk the land of the living.

If she remained sane of course..

Rowena hummed again, opening her eyes, scouting the land the way a hawk watches for its prey. A sudden scowl formed on her face as a red figure watched the two demoness from high atop the castle walls. Sudden distaste formed in Janice's mouth as she recognized the red clad woman. Surely their task wouldn't be an easy one. Not with neferret's shareh watching... this would greatly complicate things....

Rowena's sudden outburst startled Janice but the words that came out brought a sadistic smile on her face. Her words low enough for a demons ears left a powerful echo as they traveled to the ears of their awaiting companion.
