Five Facts
I was tagged by the lovely TheShineOfTheMoon and because I never post much about myself, and there's lots of new people around, I'll try to make these facts as interesting as possible.

FIVE FACTS
1. I've been using the pen name Magma Kepner for over three years now. Over that time, it has transformed into something of another being, where I use the name for emails, and gmail, and everything that doesn't require me to use my full information. The name came about because my mother was always worried about information going out on the internet, so to assuage her, I used an anagram generator of my real name, and so Magma Kepner was born. The name has been transformed into nicknames, including Mags, Maggie, and Maggiekarp, and if I get published, I would like to use the penname Margaret Kepner, unless it would be the whole JK Rowling thing where they don't want to give away the gender, in which I would use Magma. But please, don't call me Magma. Maggie or Mags please! Even people who know my real name online still use Maggie.
1.5 I also only ever follow 32 people I don't know why, since 32 isn't particularly special, but it's been the same for a year or two, and I like consistency.
2. Besides writing, I do art and sing. I used to dance when I was younger, and I love to act, but I don't think I'm particularly good at either (mainly because when I act I am really only good at playing villains). I love to paint and draw, but I've found I can only paint something acceptable when I am in art class with something in front of me to base my painting on. I sing in my school's general choir, and am part of the auditioned girl's choir as well. In the last three years, I've travelled to Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington DC with the choir(s) to participate in the Festival of Gold. We also tour around Toronto often, since it's the closest metropolitan city. We also went to Ottawa this year, and our choir teacher, chaperone, and I saw Justin Trudeau for five seconds.
3. I have obsession issues with things where I really love something, proceed to learn a lot about it, and then get bored of it. Recent obsessions include climate change, the Holocaust, dystopia, and math (and of course, looking at universities, but that's another topic I could write a thousand words on). The issue is when I want to pursue something in postsecondary (mathematics for example) I worry my obsession now will mean I'll no longer be interested in it. Saying that, however, while my interest in mathematics has weaned, I'm taking two math courses next year and peer-tutoring a grade eleven course, so I hope it'll bring me back into the swing of things.
4. My family consists of my mother, father, and twin brother. I also have a half-sister who has been severely estranged for ten/more years. My mother stays at home, my father works at the closest power plant, and my brother is as opposite from me as night is to day. He plays soccer and referees soccer appx. five days a week, he likes to party, and is just generally all around opposite to me an my personality (not that I wouldn't party, just that I'm waiting for a good one, not to mention I need to feel okay with the first time I get drunk LOL). In fact, when I made my family take the MBTI test, he was nearly the opposite to me (one of my choir friends who I get along with best is actually the complete opposite). While I'm a mix of ENTP and INTP (ENTP moreso), my brother is ESFP, my mother is ISFP (I think), and my father hasn't taken it, though I would type him as ESTP or something more in-between my brother and I. We also have a dog names Roxie, who is a shiatsu, and a cat named Tiger, though she's unfortunately been missing for a week and a half. (I think she's over at our neighbours and that our neighbours left for vacation and locked her accidentally somewhere, but what do I know) (when I look back on this this will be so cringey because I'll hopefully know what happened).
5. My favourite book is Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut. Kut Vonnegut is my favourite author, and I have a plush doll from the Unemployed Philosopher's Guild of him, and it's perfect. I also collect gorgeous classics, and I have a large bookshelf and a small bookshelf. On my small bookshelf I keep my classics, my favourite books, classics I haven't read that aren't gorgeous, and some large hardcover miscellaneous books, and of course my Harry Potter collection.
