I was right when I said lee would come at me first, he kept throwing punches and kicks at me while I easily dodged them all. This goes on for another 5 minutes, I was sure he would run out of stamina by now, so I guess he has been training a lot. I have enough of defence and go to punch him, it lands right in his gut, sending him flying backwards.

"Come on guys, I was thinking you all come at me at once to make it more of a challenge and it would help you all as well, I mean don't you want to win?" I ask, suddenly my whole body stops moving.

"SHADOW POSSESSION JUTSU" shouts shikamaru

"Finally someone else taking action" I say happily, 'finally a decent battle' I thought to myself

"I wouldn't be so happy if I was you, your stuck in my jutsu" shikamaru said lazy

"YOSH GOOD JOB SHIKAMARU" yelled lee getting back of the ground

"Wow I'm impressed you could get back up" I say to lee

"That punch could not keep me down" lee says

"Well that's good I don't want this fight to be boring, I haven't had a decent one in a while" I say still in shikamaru's jutsu

"Wow I can't believe we won, I didn't even get to fight yet" said tenten looking disappointed

"What who said you won, the fights just beginning" I say

"Really and what can you do, your stuck, you can only move when shikamaru moves" said tenten

"Really and here I thought I was saving time and you think just because I can't move that it's game over, in the ninja world the only time it's over is when your dead" I say to them, they all seem to think about what I said

"Wait you said 'saving time' what do you mean?" Shino finally speaks

"I'm glad someone caught that, but why don't you ask shikamaru" I say as I look back at shikamaru with him facing me with a surprised look.

"How did you know?" Shikamaru ask shocked

"Quite easily" I say simply

"Know what?" Lee ask confused as to the others well except for shino who still has an emotionless face.

"Why don't you ask shikamaru" I say to them

"What is he talking about?" Asked ino

*sigh* "this is such a drag, I can only hold this jutsu for 5 minutes" shikamaru says to them

"WHAT WHY DIDN'T  YOU SAY THAT BEFORE" screamed ino

"Cause know one ever asked" was all shikamaru says

"And you never reveal your weakness to anyone, even your close friends" I add

"How did you find out anyways, your the only one to figure it out besides my sensei?" Ask shikamaru

"Oh that's easy, I measured using your chakra, I noticed when you were all waiting for me" I say

"You were observing us" says shikamaru

"Yeah well I had to see what you all are like and your potential" I say I started to notice the shadow getting weaker, anytime now I thought.

"What gives you the right to spy on us like that" yells ino

"Hmmmm... maybe as you new sensei" I say

"Who says your going to be our sensei?" Asked ino and punches me in the head (like Sakura does to Naruto)

"Was that supposed to hurt" I ask, ino was going to say something to be but was interrupted my shikamaru

"NOW INO" shikamaru yells, ino puts her hands together

"Mind Body Switch Techni-" ino was cut off

"Too late" I say and rush to ino, it only took a hit to the back on the neck then she was out.  "One down 4 to go"

This time around they all came at me at once well shikamaru and shino tried but they aren't close combat fighters, shikamaru tried to get me with his shadow again but it was weak and didn't last long, I guess I will have to train him to get more chakra. Then there's shino his bugs are good but with the war going on it won't do much good, I'll have to teach him taijutsu.

once their attack didn't work they all gathered in a group, whispering. 'wonder what type of plan they're planning?' I question to myself. next thing I know I have Lee and Tenten charging at me. I become defensive letting them attack but I managed to dodge them all but for some reason it doesn't feel right it must be past of their plan I mean why are shikamaru and shino just standing there? oh well I will just play along. tenten comes at me with MANRIKI-GUSARI(1) she throws the other end at me but I manage to catch it before it hits me, I pull it towards me making tenten come to me but she was quick and lets go, giving me the weapon. I throw the weapon at tenten, it wraps round her body, she can't move now.

"two down 3 to go" I say when Lee stops attacking me, I wonder why so I look at him but he's looking at shino so I turn to look at shino  he is coming towards me.

"Secret Technique: Insect Sphere" says shino, throwing a punch at me but when I go to dodge the punch I couldn't which I found out shikamaru had me in his shadow possession jutsu. Shino managed to punch me in the face.

"wow your the first one to actually hit me, I'm impressed" I say

"that's not all" said shikamaru "look down"

in which I did and noticed he was palling back his shadows and yet I still couldn't move, then I remembered what shino said before

"so what was that jutsu you said before?" I ask

"its the Secret Technique: Insect Sphere preventing you from moving and depriving you of your chakra." said shino putting his hands in his pockets

"I see, I was wondering what type of plan who guys where working on. now I know, you had Lee and tenten fight me to distract me and lead me to more of the trees shadows while shikamaru gathers chakra and captures me, while I can't move Shino throws a punch at me, it didn't matter if he missed or not as long as he manages to get the bug on me, which prevents me from moving as well as taking the little chakra that I have, am I right?" I ask

"yes but I'm a bit amazed that you figured it out" said shikamaru

"yes well I do use my head in battle, I don't want to go in blind not knowing what can happen" I say. I can here the others on the sidelines cheering.

"YOSH NOW WE CAN FINISH YOU OF" shouted rock lee

"indeed" said Shino while shikamaru nodded

"I wouldn't get so cocky" I say with a smirk

"whys that, you cant move" said shikamaru

"yes my bugs have enabled you to move so what can you do" said shino

"plenty, I mean your bug did use poison am I right?" I question, I'm starting to feel tired, most likely from the bug taking my chakra. but I don't show it

"yes most of my bugs a poisonous, but what does that have to do with anything, once the fights over I will give you the antidote so you don't have to worry about dying" said shino

"oh I'm not worrying about dying" I say with a smirk, everyone was confused as to why I was not panicking. until shikamaru shouted

"hurry up lee finish him" looks like someone figured it out

"to late" I finish and grab the bug off my neck and squish it

"b-but how" asked shikamaru and shino at once but I didn't answer and ran up to both of them and knocked them out after that I went to lee, I studied him for a bit to see what he needs to improve on, which to me it looks like he has been working on speed I can see his weights which means he can go faster but im not giving him the opportunity too. lee goes to kick me but I grab his leg and spin him round and then I threw him at the tree... hard. he strugges to get back up, just as he was about to get up I ran at him and punched him in the back of the head, knocking him out.

"wow that was fun" I say I then look around at the people who are unconscious on the ground well besides tenten who is chained up. "can anyone help move them"  I add, they were all quiet and shocked that I just beat 5 genin but they snapped out of it and pulled them out of the battle field

"how were you able to move after shino bug paralysed you?" asked kurenai

"I would like to know that too" said a now regaining conscious shino

"ah that well it nothing special really, I'm just used to poison" I say like its no big deal

"you cant be serious" said kurenai

"huh but I am, I've had so much poison in my body it now has no effect on me" I say

"I cant imagine what you have been through to be able to get use to poison" said kakashi

"yeah its a terrible and long story but its not like I need to tell any of you about my past" I say

"I suppose your right" said asuma

"you know I thought you were really strong and yet you took so long to fight" kiba said

"your really an idiot aren't you?" I said

"WHAT YOU SAY!?" yelled kiba at me

"well if you must know I was analysing everyone's moves to no what I had to work on and what are their weakness" I say

"and what do they need to work on?" asked all the sensei's

"you can find out on a later date.... now next group to fight go on the field" I say

yay I finally updated I hoped you liked it, I no I'm not very good with the fight scene but I hoped it turned out alright.

now what is a MANRIKI-GUSARI?

The Manriki Gusari was a chain usually about 3 feet long, and weighted at both ends. It was developed as a self-defence weapon but was also a wicked offensive weapon in the hands of a ninja.

It was small and easily concealed in the palm of the ninja's hand, or in a sash. While holding one end of the chain, it could be swung around and used as a whip. The weighted end could cause a great deal of damage.

It could also be thrown in a way to trap enemies feet as they try to flee battle.
