When Cyborg got to the Office, he was a bit out of breath.

"Slade. Robin. Mad." Cyborg said.

He caught his breath as Amanda, Clark, Dinah, and Red Tornado got up.

"What happened now?" Dinah asked.

"Slade wouldn't stop watching Richard and Richard got mad. He started to say stuff about Slade, like how he wanted to kill him and Slade heard. And when I left they were talking, but they were REALLY mad." Cyborg said.

"You go ahead, I've got a call to make." Amanda said with narrowed eyes.

Amanda finished her call before the others left.

Soon, Cyborg, Red Tornado, Black Canary, Clark, and Amanda showed up.

And Amanda was pissed.

Slade and Richard were fighting and all the kids where up against the walls, not wanting to get between the two of them.

Richard had a slice of sharp metal in his hand and he was going for Slade's throat.

"STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPP!" Black Canary yelled.

They ignored her and continued to fight.

That made Amanda MORE mad.

"STOP!" Amanda screamed at the top of her lungs.

And everyone stopped.

Amanda NEVER yelled.

"Kids, get out." She said and everyone except Slade, Richard, Dinah, Red Tornado, and Clark left.

She turned her slitted eyes to Slade and Richard.

"Put. it. down." She looked at Richard.

He dropped it immediately.

But not before he punched Slade in the face with it.

Slade screamed as he jumped at Richard.

Richard reflected and threw him into a table.

Slade picked the table up and threw it in Richard's direction.

Richard easily flipped over it.

Suddenly the cafeteria's doors burst open.

In ran men covered head to toe in protective gear and with metal sticks.

And the last two men that walked in were wearing business suits, one had a suitcase.

"Amanda." The one with the suitcase said before turning to Slade and Richard, who were still fighting.

He nodded at the men with the metal sticks.

The men raised the sticks and electricity crackled at the top.

They poked Slade and Richard.

They both screamed as the electricity flew through them and stunned them.

Slade and Richard fell to the floor.

The man with the suitcase put the suitcase on a table next to where Slade and Richard laid in the ground.

Black Canary held Richard in a tight grip while Red Tornado held his neck up to reveal his neck.

Clark held Slade in a tight grip too and Amanda held his head up.

Slade started to struggle a bit, but he couldn't break free.

"Well boys, welcome to your new life. A life with a collar." the guy said and clipped the collars around Slade and Richard's necks.

"This collar is indestructible and will only come off with a key. This collar monitors vital signs, thought patterns, and brain activity.It also has a tracker. It will know when you are lying, when you're mad, among other things. And it will shock you. If you have thoughts of murder, it will shock you to the point where you pass out. You're going to feel a pain right now." the guy said.

Sure enough, Slade and Richard gasped as there was a prick in their throats.

"That will administer drugs. It is connected right to your bloodstream. The drugs that are injected are a couple. One of them is a sedative and one is a muscle relaxant. You get into a fight and you get a shock and both these drugs. It will also notify any connected phones and computers what has happened and will activate your tracker. Although with you two, we'll have the tracker on 24/7." The guy said.

"Another problem like this and we'll give you the handcuffs." the guy said.

"Actually, maybe we should give them the handcuffs now." Black Canary said.

The guy raised his eyebrow.

"They need to learn how to work together. Perhaps learning each other's schedules will help them appreciate each other." Black Canary said.

Amanda agreed.

"Very well." the guy took out a pair of metal handcuffs.

But the handcuffs weren't like your normal handcuffs, they covered the whole wrist, but still allowed movement. They also had a chain connecting the two, so it allowed some distance, but not too much. The distance was three feet at the most.

The guy clipped one side of the handcuffs to Slade's right wrist.

He clipped the other side to Richard's left wrist.

"This won't come off without a key. This also has vital monitors and a tracker. Now Amanda, we need to discuss where the two are allowed to go." the guy looked at Amanda.

"They can go anywhere on campus, even the hiking paths. They can't go anywhere out of campus. Not without permission or when it comes to break." Amanda said.

"Alright, I'll show you how to set up boundaries, let's go to your office." the guy said.

The two departed.

Richard groaned as he sat up.

"My office NOW." Black Canary said and walked away.

Clark shook his head in disappointment.

Red Tornado just left.

Richard looked down, feeling guilty.

Slade groaned as he sat up.

"This is your fau-AGGGRRRRR!" Richard got shocked.

"MY FAULT?! THIS IS-ARRRRRRRR!" Slade got shocked even more than Richard.

"Black Canary wants us. We should go." Richard got up.

Slade got up and lead them out.
