I felt really bad for Patrick and all the guys in the science club. 

Hey, I knew from personal experience what it was like to face theWRATH of Jannat. I only have to deal with her for the rest of theWEEK. But those poor guys are stuck with her for the rest of theYEAR! 

Jannat is just a mean girl whose hobby is RUINING other people'slives.And speaking of mean girls. . . . 

I had a really good hunch WHO was spreading all those NASTYrumors about ME. 

I glanced at the clock on the wall and grabbed my book bag to rushoff to class. 

Then I turned around, stopped dead in my tracks, and found myselfface-to-face with . . .

MacKenzie looked like she had just seen a ghost! Then she was all upin my face like, um . . . FACIAL CREAM! 

I was so mad at her that I could have SLAPPED her into tomorrow!But I would NEVER do anything like that because I am a verypeaceful and nonviolent person. 

I'm also very ALLERGIC to BEATDOWNS!

Things suddenly got really, really tense.

"I'm in the student exchange program. But I DREADED coming to ISD because of YOU! I'm only here because I wantthe FREE trip to PARIS sponsored by this school! My teacher at my school said I had a good chance. But I'm probably wasting my time, becauseI've heard that the trip advisor, Madame Danielle, is really meanunless you BRIBE her with chocolate!" I yelled. 

"Well, just mind your business while you're here! I'm not going to letyou ruin my life. You have no idea what I had to go through to getinto this school!""Tunisha, you have it SO easy! Everything is handed to you on asilver platter!" 

"You're WRONG! I shouldn't even be at this school. I freaked out onthe entrance exam and scored so low that my parents had to donatea ton of money to get me admitted. So, Mallika, you have no clue!" 

I glared at Tunisha.And Tunisha glared at me.That's when we suddenly heard someone snicker, "OMG! What aDRAMAFEST! I wish I had a bucket of popcorn!" Tunisha and I both turned around and gasped! 

JANNAT was standing right behind us, FILMING us with her CELLPHONE!She stopped filming and flipped her hair.Then she stepped right in front of us and struck a GLAM pose.

Tunisha and I both stared at her in disbelief as she made a duckface and took a quick selfie. . . .
