Keith POV

Ever since earlier we have been snapping each other nonstop. Gosh he is so nice, hes been nicer compared to the past. God i know this is alittle embarrassing, but ever since i met him in grade school, i kindof had a tiny (ENORMOUS) crush on him.

Someone knocked on my bedroom door, "Come in." I yelled. Shiro came into my room,

"I know you and lance had your moment earlier, but please dont let him hurt you." Shiro said.

"Shiro, im going to try and not let that happen." I replied.

"Im only saying that because when ever you see him, you get all red and flustered. You also look at him with a certain look, not a look you give everyone, as if you adore himmmm...."

I rolled my eyes at him, but im going to keep listening.

"Look, just dont get hung up over him."
Shiro continued.

"Shiro,,, Im gay."

He chuckled, "Youre acting as if i didnt know. Also, be careful lance has a girlfriend, PLUS he's popular." Shiro finally finished.

"He has a girlfriend." I whispered.

I laid back down and continued to snap him.

Lances POV

So after my first day of school, i was kind of relieved, it was only my core classes that were smaller.

And i also noticed keith was in my science and history. I feel so bad for him, he doesnt really have any friends. Im probably going to ask him if he wants to sit with me and Lura at lunch.

I went to my third period, History. Lura was in that class with me, i love her so much. Her and i have been dating since our sophomore year, also last year we won Junior Prom king and queen. We are practically highschool sweethearts.

Later in class i noticed keith, he was shy and he seemed really really depressed and down. Fuck i was in that daze again. I just cant look away.

"Lonce," I heard in keiths tone, but in a british accent. "LONCE!" Lura screamed into my ear. I was back. "Yes hun," i replied. "You kind of seem, out of it do you need to go to the 'bathroom'" Lura said, but of course in a cute tone. I nodded yes, me and her walked out of class. The teacher didnt even care since we are 'responsible' seniors.

Me and her found a janitors closet and...

We ditched the rest of that period and went to lunch.

I found keith in the hallway, "Keith, come sit with me and lura during lunch." keith nodded yes and he followed us.

We sat down. I instantly heard james "Wait why are you bringing the gay kid with you?" James said jokingly. I gave him a look, a look that he should be scared of.

Keiths POV

Lance went to throw away Allura and his trash.

"Look gay boy, Lance is only being nice to you because he heard the rumors. Dont get a crush on him, he definitely wont date a kid with a undependable past." I jumped over the lunch table and socked James right in the face. James got ontop of me and was beating me up. All i heard was everyone chanting James' name.

I heard lance screaming, trying to pull James off of me. I was in and out, i was slowing passing out, and now im out.

Lances POV

"What the fuck, James!" I yelled at him.

"If you see hes a complete failure, why do you even try!" James yelled back, as he punched me in the face.

"Dont even fucking touch me!" I kicked him in the balls and pushed him by his chest. He was left in tears.

Then I remembered, Lura. I tried to look for her through the heavy group of people. No where in sight. I ran to the office to find her, there she was.

The principal got onto the loud speaker and stated, "Everyone that is in the lunch room right now, must go back to their 4th period." I guess the fight was bad.

Allura looked at me and cried, "Lance your eye, and your cheek." she whimpered. I guess my face was bruised, it didnt really hurt though. "Im alright, are you?" i asked. she smiled and gave a thumbs up.

I looked at the cafeteria doors, EMTs were entering, maybe five or six.

"Lance, you were in the fight, you need to go into the cafeteria, Allura can go with you." Principal Randa said.

"Okay," Allura and i said. We walked to the cafeteria, when we got there we saw Mr. Shirogane and Mr Adam, they ran up to us.

"Do you know what happened lance?" Shiro asked.

"I dont really know, I was throwing away our trash." i replied

"I do," Lura said. "Originally James asked lance why he brought keith to the table, he referred to him as, "the gay kid" And when lance went to throw away our garbage James started saying stuff to keith. Keith punched James in the face, and thats when i ran away."

Shiro nodded. "Well james is lucky, im not going to press charges. Hes one of my students, and hes a junior i dont want to have him his senior year and have an issue." Shiro stated.

An EMT came up to me and wanted to check the bruises on my face, of course i let him.

Soon after the EMT checked my face, to see nothing was broken i saw my mother. "Lance my son, what happened to my beautiful boy." She said. I rolled my eyes, "A small fight, but nothing serious." She hugged me and then drove me and lura home.

Lancey 🐳 : Hey r u okay u were pretty baeten up man

Keith ♥️ : Yea i'm good, and the bruising on my face didn't tell me that either. 🤪

Lancey 🐳 : Haha glad ur all good here 4 u man

Keith ♥️ : Thank you Lance, i really appreciate it. Also thanks for pulling James off of me.
