After singing my heart out. Put on clothes walk to the kitchen and put my food in the microwave took it out and sit in the living room to go talk to my mom.

"Where's Daddy at?" I ask eating my food she made some smothered pork chops and rice.

"He and Isaac went somewhere." She responded still looking at the T. V. watching old episodes of good times.

We sit and watch tv until it started to change to a different show. "So how had life been going so far." She turn to me and said.

"Honestly it's going excellent. Let just say if this is what happiness feel like then I don't want it to stop."

She smiled big at me. "Has a mother that make me the happiest person in the world to here my child saying that. So what got you so happy?"

"I don't know, Maybe cause I got a good job working with kids center since that what I want to do when I finish college. Also I'm have the best boyfriend in the world who makes me happy." I smile thinking about Dre.

"I'm happy Mr. De'Andre make you this happy. He a seem like a nice guy he has you smiling a lot mood as change you for the better. I guess that what good dick does to you huh?"

I look at her like.

"What?"

"Good dick change you for the better and the worse. Why you think I stay with your father?"

"And that my cue to go bed goodnight." I said trying to leave.

"Boy boom sit your ass down let's talk." Y'all know what I did. I sit my ass down.

"Look I'm going tell you this cause it really does feel like y'all are going to be together forever. Being in a relationship your going to have your up and down. Now one day the universe is going to test your relationship so all I'm tell you is be prepared." I just said okay cause I don't know why she told me this like I didn't know all this.

Any who while she was talking I got a text from none other then big head Dre.

"Hey babe."
"Hey baby."
"Are you at home?"
"Yes, why What's up?"
"I just want to take you somewhere unless you're to tired I understand."
"I mean yeah I'm tired but I can hang a little longer."
"Are you sure?"
"Boy come on here 😂😂."
"Okay I'm on my way now."

I told my mom I was going with Dre. Then I walk back up stairs to change to some nice clothes and waited on him to call me.

When he did call me to come outside he was standing outside sitting on his Maxima to greet me.

I walk up to him kiss him. He wrap his arm around my lower back. "Hey baby you look nice." He told me looking into my eyes.

I blush I swear he make me blush over littlest things. "Thanks I hope I didn't over do it."

He raise his hands. "Stop it, now what did I tell about that insecure talk."

"I know I know it's just sometimes I feel like I over do it." I told him.

"If over doing is this, then I want you to continue to do it. Oowee damn are them some new jeans."

I look at him confused. "No, why?"

"Cause you look thick in them." He grab a big chuck of my ass.

"Wait wait we are still in front of my house."

"So? And?"

"What if my mother see you grab on my ass like that."

"So what I'm your nigga. It not like I don't grab on your ass all times."

I just smile at him cause he wasn't lying. "Yeah that what I thought. You know you like me to rub you butt at night."

"I mean what can I say your hands are magnificent."

He smack my butt hard making me jump. "Mhmm come on let's go." He open the car door for me.

"So where are we going exactly I was going to take you to the park but it's to late so we are going to a night bar."

"We aren't old enough for that." I told him.

"We don't have drink there, we can eat some appetizers and plus you don't even drink so there will be non alcoholic stuff there."

"Okay." We drive all the way to Dallas to a place call Brooklyn.

We sit and talk and laugh about stuff. Listen to some music and left. We got back in the car and I turn on some old music.

We were singing are ass off singing to each other. I then change it to a Beyoncé song

"You singing this song like you mean it baby." He look at me for a second the back at the road.

"Trust me I mean it."

He pull up at his house and stop the car. "Well since you mean it I got something for you."

"Ooh what's is it?" I got excited.

"Close your eyes." I close my eyes cheesing hard.

"Now you can opening them." I open my eyes to seeing something shocking.

"Oh My God, What is that De'Andre." I started getting teary eyed.

"It's promise ring baby I making this promise to show you I want this thing we doing now to last forever and promise you it will." He grab my hand put it on my finger.

"Wow! It's so beautiful baby."

"You like it?"

"No, I fucking love it babe." I said crying with happiness.

He wipe my tears. "Come on let go inside." We got out the car and he then proceed to come and pick me up making me giggle he opens the front door and kiss on my neck walking to his room.

"I can't wait until are wedding day we are going go all out." He told me still kissing me now laying me on my bed.

I started taking off his clothes. "Yeah me too it's going to be so much fun."

He was now taking off my shoes and clothes. "I hope we don't get to stress out when it comes." He said.

Turn him on the bed and did the same. "I don't think we will but for right now let enjoy each other company and think about the future tomorrow Okay." I told him.

"Okay." I had give him his 10 minutes surprise. Something to knock him out for the whole night.

After that he cuddled with me and grab my ass and went straight to sleep. While he was sleeping I look at him and smiled because I see my whole future on his sleeping face I then proceeded to look at this most magnificent ring he granted me.

"My whole life is set on half way done and I couldn't be happier." I kiss his lips. "I love you De'Andre Markell Johnson."

He squeeze me. "I love you too Elijah Louise Carter." He said back halfway sleep.

With that I laid on his chest and went to sleep.
