"Yeah! Get some!" A voice could be heard behind a closed door. Charles walked past D. Va's door. After being restrained from further missions, considering now everyone knows about The Rider's existence again, he became bored. Angela was off at the Switzerland hospital to take care of patients that required her expertise.

'Why not, been too long since I hung out with Hana.' Charles thought. He knocked on the door before hearing scuffles and a few Korean curses. The door opened to reveal Hana wearing shorts, a t-shirt, pink hoodie, her hair tied back in a pony tail and her signature pink triangles on her cheeks. She glanced up at Charles and grinned.

"Hey Charlie, what's up?" She asked. "Hey, I was wondering if I could hang out here with you? Mostly because I've been bored, that and everyone is either out on recon missions, sleeping, or doing what they want." Charles said pouting. Hana giggled as she opened the door for him.

"Well, if you want, we can do the 'pretend you're my boyfriend' thing for my stream?" She asked.

"Why not. Got nothing better to do." Charles said walking to where her gaming set up was. He pulled up a chair as Hana relaxed next to her and resumed her game. He watched her destroy a tower and have her units push through. Soon, a big 'Victory' plastered the screen.

"Haha! Top that!" She cheered. Charles looked at her chat to see it spammed with people asking about the two. It was funny at first, until on comment surfaced.

'Isn't that the dude from the new channel? The 'Ghost Rider'?'  It asked. Hana glanced at the comment before looking at Charles as he hung his head down.

"Okay, anymore comments asking about my man will get permabanned. Only one warning, and to strengthen this rule, CommanderKnight145, you are getting banned."

'Aww c'mon, this is my-' The commenter tried before being banned. "Serves him right." Hana said with a smirk. Charles glanced at Hana with gratitude as she switched the game to a 3rd person game.

"Here Charlie, you try out this game." She said logging out of her account and starting up another.

"Ryse: Son of Rome? I'll give it a try." He said as she moved from her spot. The game started up as he sat there.

"Kinda will be hard to play with a mouse and keyboard. I'm more comfortable with a controller. The chat exploded as they call him out as being a 'console peasant'.

"Not my fault I play on console. sorry it's more comfortable for me. At least I don't have to keep updating my console, just to play the more recent game. Unlike you, I do have a life. No offense Ha-D. Va." Charles said smiling shyly at Hana.

"It's all good hon, at least you got your point across." Hana replied giggling. Charles sat there as he concentrated on the game.

"Whoa! This game's execution are amazing!" He said smiling. Hana watched as Charles finished his mission. She glanced at the clock as it read 5:55.

"Alright Charlie, say goodbye to the stream." Hana said leaning over him. She glanced at the stream before placing a kiss on Charles's lips, making him blush.

"Bye!" She said braking the kiss and powering off the computer. She leaned back on the chair as Charles tapped his foot nervously, his face still bright red.

"I'm sorry I did that Charlie." Hana said, guilty creeping in her voice. "N-no, your fine. Just surprised me." Charles admitted as he smiled. He sighed and stood up as he cracked his fingers and neck.

"Ah, I feel better and less bored." He said. He walked over to her bed and sat down. "I swear, this is more fluffy than mine." He whined, causing her to giggle. She walked over and sat next to him.

"I never really got to know you Hana. I mean professionally." Charles said. "Well, I was a StarCraft II professional gamer. I participated in the WCS Korea Code S League. At age 16, I was the #1 ranked player, bringing in millions of fans. But, that wasn't going to last." She said.

"What happened?" Charles asked. "Well, a giant sea Omnic ravaged Korea. The machine kept adapting to our defenses, so the military looked to their gamer community. We had the reflexes and instincts to pilot them, but we didn't know how to control them. So, once we were in the army, we were assigned to squad. 4 pilots to each squad of MEKA's. I was with three other gamers, Kyung-min, Kwang-seok, Mi-Hi, and Hae-won." She said. She walked over to her desk and picked up a framed picture of her and her squadmates.

"This was the gang." She said walking back to the bed and handing the picture to him. Charles looked at the picture as it showed two brunette kids, a blonde, and ginger.

"This one is Kyung-min, the blonde, the two brunettes are Kwang-seok and Mi-Hi, and the ginger is Hae-won. Funny, we figured Hae-won to be the hothead, but Kyung-min was the one." Hana said.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Charles asked. "I guess so, I've been holding it in for a long time. Where to begin?" Hana started.

"It was a regular mission to drive it off." Hana began.

~Flashback~

"Stay on mission Kyung-min, you'll put the entire squad in jeopardy." Hana said in her comms. "Pfft, I'm as strong as Reinhardt. It can't kill me." Kyung replied.

"Unlike you, I'd rather not have to heal you after you go charging in." Hae said. Hana smirked as Kwang and Mi-Hi walked next to them with their MEKAs.

"Going to stream again?" Mi-Hi asked. "Nah, don't feel like it." "Your fans will be disappointed." Kwang said.

"I'm sure they can go without a stream. Besides, news coverage records the attacks anyways." Hana said.

"Cut the chatter, I see it." Kyung said. A monstrous roar could be heard, making Hana's blood run cold. She could handle it in the past, but after every fight, it became more and more difficult. Hana felt a knock on the side of her MEKA as Mi-Hi smiled at her.

"C'mon, let's move out." She said as the three flew out. "Remember, it's learned your attacks before. You've got to change up your attacks." The general said.

"Understood sir." Hana replied. "Kwang, Kyung, flank it's sides. Hae-won, Mi-Hi, with me." Hana ordered. The MEKAs flew into battle as the two boys fired at the sides of the monster, angering it. Mi-Hi flew to it's side as she began to chip away at it's armor. Hae-won joined in the fight as they both caught it's attention.

"MOVE!" Hana ordered. The two MEKAs flew away as a monster hand slammed onto the surface. Hana glanced to see AA guns firing away at it.

"Where's out reinforcements?" Hana asked. "Scrambling now, 5 more minutes." The general replied.

"5 minutes? What, they think we're dead weight?" Kyung complained. "Keep fighting, we can do this!" Hana said firing at its eyes. 

The monster, learning the flight paths, stuck out it's tail as Kwang flew into it. "Oh shit!" Kwang yelled as he slammed onto the ground.

"Kwang, can you eject?" Mi-Hi asked. "No, it's jammed." The monster turned as it raised it's tail. "KWANG!" Hae-won shouted before the monster slammed its tail onto Kwang's MEKA, destroying the suit, and killing him instantly.

"NO, BASTARD!" Kyung shouted as he fired at the monster. The Omnic turned as Kyung flew directly at him, firing away with his guns.

"KYUNG! STOP!" Mi-Hi shouted. The monster turned and roared at the oncoming MEKA. "EAT THIS!" He shouted as initiated its self destruct. The destroying MEKA entered the gullet of the monster and exploded, injuring it, but not killing it. As Kyung flew through the air, Hae-won flew upwards to catch him, but the monster was faster. Turning with speed of an eel, it used it's tail to slam Kyung's body into a building, killing the young man.

"Kyung..." Hae said. Hana flew forward, slamming into the chest of the monster. "Mi-Hi, Hae-won, help me!" She ordered. The two nodded as they slammed into it's chest. The monster shook them off, samming the three into the building.

"Damn, my ejecting hatch is on the fritz!" Mi-Hi said. Hana jumped out of her MEKA as she ran behind Mi's MEKA.

"It's slammed in." She said pulling on it. Hae-won growled as she fired her guns at the monster. Hana glanced at the throat of the monster and noticed it highly damaged.

"There! If we can get another shot, I think we can take it out." Hana said. "That would require one of us to get its attention." Mi-Hi said.

"I'll distract him, Hae-won, you prepare the self destruct." Hana ordered. Hae backed off her attack and fired from a distance. Hana and Mi flew towards a building and began to fire at the monster, getting it's attention.

"Alright, get it to roar. The self-destruct is ready!" Hae said. "Open wide you metal bitch." Hana growled. The monster stared at the two MEKAs before opening it's mouth to let out a mighty roar.

"NOW!" Hana said. Hae flew towards the monsters face. As she got closer, she ejected, the MEKA going into the monsters gullet. Before she could fly down towards Mi and Hana, the monster closed it's mouth, holding her in place.

"AAHHHHHH!" Hae screamed in pain. "NO, HAE!" Mi shouted. The MEKA exploded as the radius of the bomb engulfed Hae, killing her. Hana screamed as the monster fell towards the ground. Hana dashed forward and fired her guns at the monsters face. The bullets digging into the monsters metallic skull. Hot tears fells down her face, ruining her pink triangles.

"Hana." Mi said walking next to her. Hana fired a few more rounds before stopping. She ejected from her mech and walked voer to Mi's. She pulled out her pistol and fired at the hinges, allowing Mi-Hi to kick it open, allowing her to exit. She looked at Hana before the two embraced in a hug, tears running down their faces. Another squad of MEKAs flew in as they landed next to the two survivors. A man hopped out, dressed in a MEKA attire.

"Troopers?" He asked. The two looked at them as their tears provided the explanation. "Their sacrifices will never be forgotten." He said looking to the ground.

~End Flashback~

As Hana finished her story, Charles noticed tears down her cheeks. "They were so young, to have died because the military..." She stopped as her cries became audible. Charles shifted in his spot as he wrapped his arms around her. Leaning back, the two laid on the bed as Charles stroked the crying girl's hair.

"I'm so sorry." Charles said as a single tear fell down his face. "S-Sorry for being like this. T-this never happens." Hana said.

"I understand, believe me, I do." Charles said. Feeling his eyes droop, he kicked off his shoes and cuddled closer to Hana.

"No matter what, you're my little sister. No one is going to hurt you or take anyone away." He said before hearing her snores. He laughed lightly before the pull of sleep overtook him.

~Angela~

The doctor exited her dropship as she walked towards the mess hall. She glanced about, seeing David, Julie, Lena, and Aaron were present. Lena glanced up at her before receiving spoonful of soup in her mouth.

"Evening Angela, how was Switzerland?" Aaron asked as Lena gulped down her soup and slapped his arm.

"It was good, have you seen Charlie?" She asked. "Last I saw, he was in Hana's room." Julie said. Angela thanked them and left for the bedrooms. She stopped in front of Hana's door to hear snores. Cautiously, she opened the door and looked at the bed to see Charles curled up with Hana. Not wanting to think bad thoughts, Angela walked in before noticing a framed picture in her hands. Leaning in closer, she noticed the picture of Hana and 4 other people posing.

"Mmmm, hey Angi." Hana said groggily. "Oh, I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to wake you." Angela said quietly.

"No, you're fine *yawn* I was just using your pillow. I hope you don't mind?" She asked sitting up, Charles's arm falling down. Hana turned and shook his arm.

"Who, what? Oh, *yawn* evening honey." Charles said stretching. "Evening liebling." Angela said.

"Man, I'm hungry." Hana said exiting her room and leaving for the mess hall. "What was that about?" Angela asked.

"I came in, played a few games, and listened to her story. To lose that many friends, and I thought my life was bad." Charles said looking to the ground. Angela smiled as she placed a hand on his shoulder and kissed his cheek.

"The protective older brother now aren't you?" She asked. "I guess you can say that." He replied. The two exited Hana's room, shutting the door, and walking to the mess hall to see Lena chasing Hana as the Korean giggled.

"Lena! Calm down *giggle*" Aaron called out. "PUTTING ICE DOWN MY BACK IS NOT FUNNY!" The British woman yelled. Charles and Angela grabbed some food as the relaxed next to David and Julie.

"Heh, those two." David said chuckling. Charles turned to see Hana in a headlock. She managed to slither out before walking over to Charles.

"Charlie, I would like to, thank you." She said as she wrapped her arms around him and kissing his cheek.

"*whistle* Quite the ladies man." David said. Julie and Angela glared at him as he held his hands up in surrender.

"All she needed was someone to talk to." Charles said eating his dinner.

A/N: I felt that D. Va was considered more of a streamer and tank hero in stories, but no one ever really thought about her background, when she was in the military. There are a few that try to take a crack at it, so I decided to try it. I hope you enjoyed this chapter. Tata for now!
