- AUTHOR : GraphicLights or all the names of the admins.

- REQUIREMENTS : + the colour blue, any type of blue +Think of water as the background or add a visible background that looks like water + any face claim or no face claim, it doesn't really matter.

EXAMPLES

- NOTE: Tag us GraphicLights. Entries without tags are invalid. You may also tag the admins. But tagging GraphicLights is a must.

- DUE DATE : all entries must be turned in before December 31st.
