Hey everyone! I haven't been able to update since I don't have internet, but I was able to update this.

First, take your model/person to Picsart. Click "edit", and upload your picture.

Click "FX" or "effects."

Go to "POP ART," and click "COLORGRADIENT."

First, erase every bit of the effect.

Then, draw the effect onto the model's hair.

RED; premade colour gradients.

YELLOW; custom colour gradients

GREEN; adjust the saturation

BLUE; opacity

Adjust your opacity, and draw as close to the hair as you can.
