From what I know, "Baldi's Basics In Education And Learning" is a game where you go around answering math questions and collecting notebooks. There's this bald guy (baldi) that chases you with a ruler ready to spank yo ass everytime you answer a question wrong. There's this weird girl that likes to jump rope and is apparently the most annoying one. Then there's a principal that gives you detention for running in the halls or eating in the halls or some shit. There's a bully that steals whatever you have that it wants. There's a sock puppet that gets jealous of you when you get all the notebooks. And then there's a fucking broom that sweeps you and the other characters down the hall. Oh and there's this weird character that's called "first prize" or whatever and it pushes you for whatever reason. It's a weird game and the fact that baldi spanks you with a ruler when you get a question wrong is pretty old. I guess it's an old styled game :/

So Baldi's chasing you with his ruler ready to spank you and you have to avoid him. But if he gets you, his face pops up on the screen with a loud noise with it

Not really in the game but you can look around in the files and add mods n shit. And you can look through what hasn't been added into the game. Oh and there are some hidden secrets in the game so yeah
