The word rang in my head for for a minute before he said something, "you know creatures of the night blah!" he said trying to be funny

"A vampire really? Is that the best thing you could come up with?" I started to at what he was saying'I'm not joking, and so is everyone else attending this academy too" he said in a low voice

"yeah right if your really a vampire give me some proof" i said waving my hand because you know that he doesn't have any, maybe he's just a crazy guy thinking that he's the principle? "you want some proof okay" he smile was wide, so wide that I could see two fangs,

"...so what everyone have vampire teeth! even if have then" I said pulling my cheek so i could show he my sharp teeth.

But i was getting trier of this so i push him away and open the door, but then he he put his hand on the door to close it, grab my shoulder and push me against the wall, I gave a little squeak,

"you wouldn't like it when I'm mad I'm not very cute when i get made" he said, for a sceond I thought I saw his eyes flash bloody red but I must be seeing things."okay I'll give you some real proof, I can suck your blood" he said looking at my neck, "your joking right!?!" I said covering my neck

"well I can't really suck your blood, your father told me not to" he said letting me go and backup, but I got closer to him. 

"My father? What do you know about my dad!?!" I ask him,  "...your dad know that this is a vampire academy" he said "I don't understand what you saying? Why would my dad sent me to a vampire academy he wouldn't put my life in danger!" i said sitting back down in the chair.

"Yes i know he woundn't let anything to happen to you but I promise we won't do anything" he said looking into my eyes.

"why am i even here, I'm not a vampire my father isn'y a vampire and my-"

He stop me their, "correction your mother was a vampire" he said, "my...mother was...a vampire...no...No! your wrong my dad told me everything about my mother...why wouldn't he tell me...does that mean I'm a vampire?!?" I ask him, am I a blood sucking vampire?!?! "no your half human half vampire or as we called them a half blood" he said.

"I'm a half blood?!?! why do you know all of this!" I ask him.

"Your father told me to tell you this once you got here...he didn't know how to brake it to you" he said sitting down on the chair, "b...but why now why here? I mean I don;t even drink human blood, I never crave it" i said.

"well your human cells are more powerful then the vampire cells but your birthday is coming soon this yeah right" he ask, "yeah, its about in a week" I told him.

"Okay well at midnight at your 16 birthday your vampires cells will become more powerful, the beast inside of you will awake, once you turn into a fully vampire that night we have to control your blood thirst" he said.

"My blood thirst!?! I wouldn't kill someone for their blood!" I said hitting his desk, "of course you wouldn't right now, but when you truly awaken you would do anything for blood!"  he said looking up at me with his brown eyes.

I sat there not knowing what to say next, not knowing on what to do next. "don't worry about other people here they won't suck your blood, I gave them direct orders to not drink your blood" he said with a smile thinking it was funny.

"I have one more question" I said, "what is it?" he ask putting some papers in order, "why does everyone have earring that are in a shape of the moon?" I ask.

"Oh so you notice that, you have sharp eyes, that will help you keep alive, well those earring help them control their blood thirst" he said.

"how is that ev-"

But I stop myself their, what am I saying anything is possible I wouldn't be surprise if i see a witch flying around here.

"You will get some when you awaken, that will at least help you a little bit, are Science's are trying to come up with something else for to drink  instead of human blood" he said, "why can't you just dink animal blood instead of human?" I ask him.

"of course we tried that as you saw in dinner, sorry about that I would have thought you would like it" he said, I just gave him a look and he went on.

"...we can't only live on that, we are strong but we have a limit, we can't control our self for long" he said putting the papers down.

"well I know you think think that a vampire is a blood sucking creature, let me explain what we are and clear some myths, we don't die under the sun, we don't wear cloaks or anything like that, we don't sleep in coffins, we do suck on human blood its a living, we can immortal we heal fast, we'r strong, as you can see" he said pointing to the hole in the wall, "that pretty much it that i can think of...of we do have some powers" he said.

"well thank you for vampire 101" I said as I got up and walk to the door, "you don't want to hear about are powers?" he ask, "no thanks, I had enough of vampire 101 but I'll call you if I want to hear anymore" I said, he gave me a frown but then it turn into a smile.

"I hope you will enjoy the rest of this year Christel Johnson" he said behind me. Yeah right how am I suppose to enjoy the rest of my year here, in a academy full of vampire?!?! I hesitated to grab the door, scared to see all the peo-no not people, vampires here wanting to fight over drinking my blood, but i finally grab the handle, i open the door and close it behind me.

I walked up the stairs but I fell on the third step, "ow...nothing going good for me today" I said aloud, "your just clumsy" someone said from behind me, I look to see Zachary, "hey need some help?"holding his hand out.

"yeah thanks" I was about to grab his hand but I pulled away, I forgot that everyone here is a vampire, that would mean Zahcary one too right? "uh its okay I can get up by myself" I said getting up from the ground.

"...did Blake tell you about the academy?" he ask, "Blake? who's Blake" I said wiping the dust off my pants, "you really didn't know are principle name?" he said laughing at me.

"so that's he's name" I said about to walk up the stairs but Zachary grab my arm, "you don't have to be afraid here, we won't  hurt you, I really like you" I didn't look back at him, "do you really feel like that or did Blake tell everyone to tell me that, just like he told everyone not to suck my blood?!?" I yelled.

His eyes widen with shock at what I said, "I wouldn't follow orders like that!" he growl, he grip on me got stronger on my wrist.

"Ow! Hey Zachary stop that hurt!!" I said trying to brake free from his hand, he suddenly realize what he was doing and hurry up and let me go.

"...I'm sorry....I...I didn't mean to hurt you...I just....Christel you have to listen" he was about to grab my hand again but I smack his hand away ran to my room, which I surprising found on my own.

I went inside and lock the door, I fell on the bed, I touch my wrist where Zachary grip it, I was a little shaky about what just happen...but I know that Zachary really didn't mean to hurt me...I could see it in his eyes...but is that why everyone being nice to me, because Blake told them to? ....I don't think so after what Zachary just said, cleaning that away theirs only one real question, 

"I'm I really a half vampire or a half blood, you know what it really doesn't matter what you call it!...will I later on suck people blood?" I ask myself.

Will i have e to live on human blood? Can I control myself? Will I hurt someone I love? Will I ever be a normal girl again? I ask these question in my head waiting for someone to answer them but of course nobody does, I lay their looking at the ceiling for a couple of minutes then I got my phone out and called someone I knew I could trust.

"hello?" my dad answer, "hey dad" I said in a very low voice, "hey, did something happen, are you okay?" he ask in a worry voice, no nothing okay! OKay first I'm attending a academy full of vampire, second I'm a half vampire because apparently my mom was a vampire, and last myprinciple threaten me to suck my blood!.

"oh no everything fine, you know Bl...the principle just tolf me that I'm a vampire you know that kind of 'normal' thing!" I said in a clam voice.

He didn't answer for a bite then he said, "Christel I didn't want to keep this secret from you I really didn't...I don't think we should talk like this, meet me at the ice cream shop where we normally meet okay"

He hung up without letting me say anything, "hey wait!..." I slam my phone shut, Will I get all the answer from him?

Or will he say the same thing Blake told me? But one thing is for sure, I will trust in him.

Before I got up from the bed someone knock on my door. "who is it?" I ask, "hey its me Violet" she said, "...hold on" I got up and unlock the door, and she walk in.

"hey...I heard Blake told you everything" she said, she said sitting beside me, wow rumors here really fly though here, "...yeah I guess" I said trying not to look at her, "...you know Blake gave us orders to do a lot of things but he would never give us a order to be your friend, we done that ourselves" she said.

"...I know Blake wouldn't do something like that...thanks Violet" I said with a smile, "anytime! And if you have any problem come and get me, I always have some time, I can help with some boys problems too" she said giving me a wink.

"what is that suppose to mean!" I said, "I saw you talking with Zachary a minute ago, or do you like Leo...or maybe Blake!" she said getting closer to me waiting for a answer.

"I don't like none of them, Zachary is the type of guy who always hits on girls, Leo is a nice guy and i can't see me going out with him, and Blake well...he tease me!" I said getting louder with every word, "poo" was all she said then she got up and open the door but she stop.

I got up and walk to the door to see Blake, "hey" he said looking at me, "was you ease dropping on us!" I said pushing him away so i can get pass him, "always with the clod shoulders" he said with a smile, but i just ignored him, "well see ya guys" Violet said then she skip away, me and him just walk down the stairs.

"...did you hear any of that?" I ask him.

"nope" he said with a smirk.

I just roll my eyes, I was at the bottom of the stairs when he stop me, "if your going out you need the permission of the principle" he said behind me, I stood there a second then turn to him, "can I go out?" I ask him, "I don't know can you?" he said with a smirk, "May! I go out!" i said my voice getting louder.

"I don;t hear a please?" he said with a sweet voice, please my ass, "...may I 'please' go out" i said calmer, "okay you may" he said, I hurry up and open the door, "jackass" I said over my shoulder, but when I look over my shoulder to see his expression, all I could see was a smile on his face.
