Harrington 3 is finally out with the first chapter. Sorry it literally took centuries but it be that way.

Updates will likely be slow but at least it's out. Thanks for everyone who's been patient and hasn't nagged me about it but also thanks for those who have been checking in and "making sure I'm not dead."
