Sub doesn't always have panic attacks with involve hyperventilating ect.

Sometimes he gets them where he zones out, and has that horrible stomach ache and generally feels really anxious.

He gets these more often then the hyperventilating ones.

And Ethan usually spends the day with him, usually sitting on the sofa watching movies and making sure Sub doesn't start hyperventilating.

what am I doing

this was a long one- but its true, not all panic/anxiety attacks involve crying and hyperventilating.
