"I've never seen anything like it in all my years" remarked one with his hands folded in front of him as he looked at the others seated around him

The council of Blue Rose was made I the leaders of every vampire coven in the world. They only ever met together when something effected all the covens. They sat around a large oak table inside a dark room. The only light coming from candles sitting on mounts attached to the walls around them

"It's a bad omen" said another

"We must destroy it before it becomes a threat!" Said another

At that moment the door opened and the head of the council entered the room. The head of the council was the eldest and most respected of all the vampires. The council members stood up, turned to him and bowed. He took his seat at the head of the table. The other members return to their seats around him

"What brings us together this time?" He asks

"Master Dante we have discovered one of our coven members is unlike the rest" answered the first member

"How so?" Dante asks

"Well he transforms into a wolf instead of a bat"

Dante frowns looking to the centre of the table looking deep in thought. Never had he heard of such a thing before

"We should destroy it now" cries another standing up and slamming his hands on the table

"He's a newborn. You know how strong the newborn are" replied the first member

Dante listens intently while still deep in thought and turns to the first member

"A newborn? This is most concerning" he said

"If the other covens hear of this there will be chaos" says yet another council member

"If we can't kill it what will become of us?" Another member asks

The council start discussing amongst themselves at the same time. Dante's patience running low the longer he listened to them. He slams his hands against the table.

"Enough!" he growls

The council goes quiet and sits down all eyes looking at Dante. He takes in a deep breathe to calm himself down. He looks around at each of the council members slowly studying them. He understood their concerns. all vampires turned into bats. To hear of one turning into a wolf made them very uncomfortable

"I have made my decision. Bring the newborn to me" Dante commanded

The door opened and a tall slender boy with violet spiked hair made his way into the room. He stood at the end of the table looking at Dante with his amethyst eyes. The council stares at him whispering to each other

"What is your name boy?" Dante asked

"I am Yami" the boy answered

"Yami..." Dante repeated staring at the boy "So you transform into a wolf?"

Yami nods "Yes sir"

Dante doesn't take his eyes off the boy. He was appreciative of the boy's honesty at least

"You have been judged by this council as cursed. The wolf is enemy to the vampire. I hereby exile you from all covens. You are to spend your eternity alone" Dante didn't take his eyes off the boy

Yami stares into Dante's eyes for a moment then he nods looking down

"I understand" Yami replies then he turns and leaves the room feeling all eyes on him

He makes his way through the house and out into the sands of Egypt. He looks up at the clear starry night and sighs

"This is going to be a long eternity" he says to himself then he makes his way through the desert
