Suzy's POV

"No not in the slightest"I spat.

"Aww that's too bad. Because I'm happy to see you" he said smirking. And I almost got sick at the sight of it.

"Look leave me alone. I don want to make conversation" I said rolling my eyes at him and pushing past him.

He grabbed my hand in the process, jerking me back to him.

"Eww what are you doing. Get off of me!"

"How about we head back home and make up for lost time hmm?" He asked pervetedly.

I closed my eyes reliving the horrible memories and things he did to me in that house. He would have to kill me before I ever went back.

Suddenly the grasp he had on my wrist disappeared.

I slowly opened my eyes. Only to see him face to face with-

"Baekhyun?"

Baekhyun's POV

I pull my jacket closer to my body. Trying to create any bit of heat I could while I walked the bright strip of Seoul.

Gift shopping was never my thing. I always promised food and for the members that was a good enough gift.

But since this is my first time actually caring for a girl. I would be lying if I said I knew what I was doing.

And luckily within my budget at the same time.

Not that it's a problem now with the 'bank loan' we just got.

I saw the sign for Chanel appear within walking distance. And then I remembered something.

Suzy talked about this Chanel purse that I thought looked like a body bag for weeks now. It wasn't my style but she still liked it.

And hey whatever Jagi wants.

Jagi gets.

I approached the doors hoping for the warmth to welcome me. When a different kind of heat fumed within me once I saw Suzy so close to another guy.

A old one might I add.

I swung the door open without a second thought and walked up to them. Realizing indeed that Suzy wasn't enjoying the company of this byuntae.

I pulled her away from the guy and behind me as I stared him right in the eyes.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Baekhyun?" Suzy called from behind me. But my focus was elsewhere.

The old guy started to smile.

"Aigoo looks like you have a little boyfriend. How cute" he said and I frowned at the statement.

"Just leave DoKeun" Suzy spoke from behind me. And just like puzzle pieces, things fell into place. As I was finally able to identify the punk in front of me.

"Wait a second......your the deadbeat who forced her to marry you" I scoffed.

"In the flesh" he beamed. Before I grabbed the collar of his shirt.

"Yah I should rip you shreds right here in front of all these people you no good dirt bag. Where do you get off talking to her like that huh? Do you have a death wish?"

"Baekhyun stop" Suzy begged. And the old guy put his hand up to stop her.

"No let him go ahead. Let's see what he's got" the old guy said encouraging me further.

So giving him what he wants. I brought my hand back to punch him. Before these guys in uniform came out of nowhere and separated us.

I was still trying to get to him. As he straightened his shirt and adjusted his clothes. Before looking at me.

"Ah. If I didn't know any better. I would've asked you to join my business. We need more men bursting with energy like you" he said chuckling.

Which sent me through the roof.

"Yah you little-!"

"Baekhyun stop! He's not worth it" Suzy said walking around the policeman and standing between me and the other guy.

I didn't say anything as my eyes shifted back and forth between Suzy's and the loser who had an amused look on his face.

"Don't let him get to you okay. We can just leave" she said trying reason with me.

I still didn't respond as I started to calm down upon seeing Suzy's pleading eyes.

I did a slight head nod before shrugging the police off of me.

"Good boy. Listen to her if you know what's good for you" he added.

"Let's go" Suzy mumbled walking into me. I nodded again before gesturing Jieun and Suzy ahead of me to the door.

We started walking out when the policeman started to leave us.

And once they were out of the way. I took the chance to run to that punk and throw my fist against his jaw. Knocking the old geyser to the ground.

Jieun and Suzy looked at me in shock.

"Now we can leave" I said turning around and away from the scumbag.

But I couldn't walk free as I felt my arms being jerked behind me as I was put into handcuffs.

"What?"

"On account of assault. Your under arrest. Everything you say can and will be used against you in the court of the law. You will have your right to an attorney....-"

The policeman babbled as I looked around in shock.

I then turned my eyes to Suzy as she held her hand over her mouth. And her eyes getting glassier by the second.

But since this isn't my first rodeo with the policeman. I knew I wouldn't be in long.

The policeman were walking me out. And as we passed Suzy, I said something quickly.

"It's just a slight assault charge. I'll be out soon" I reassured. Before he pushed me out of the door and towards the car.

I ducked my head and got into the back seat just as they slammed the door shut.

Suzy and Jieun stared at me as I was being driven off in the moth ball smelling vehicle.

Once I could no longer see them. I sighed, laying my head back.

What an eventful day.

I go into the store to buy a present and get arrested in the meantime.

This is going to make a good story one day.

The ride to the station didn't take long. And before I knew it, I was being taken out the car and led into the godforsaken facility.

The whole process was annoying.

They had to take my fingerprint. And then my mugshot.

Which I smiled in by the way.

Never know when your picture will be noticed and go viral. I've seen it happen.

I then was thrown into a cold cell.

I didn't even make myself comfortable knowing that I would be out soon. But in the meantime, I started thinking.

Let's say the heist doesn't go as planned....

Would I be ready for this type of life?

Jail, cold cells, terrible food and smelly roommates?

"Aish shake that thought. It's going to be okay?" I said to myself.

"Baekhyun is that you?"

I turned my head and saw someone I didn't expect to see sitting across the room from me.

"Omma?"
