"Finished." I said folding up the last letter. I wrote down the different times for each person and placed them all scattered on the floor.

"Okay," Alice said picking up the first letter. "I'll take this to the first person on the list."

"Okay, plus it's easier to find them now that we found out that their room numbers are on the back of this paper." Mary said looking over the list of names.

"Hey Alice." She turned around and looked at me. "Take Mary with you. We shouldn't leave the room unless we have a partner with us to watch our back." She looked at me confused, but she nodded her head. Mary got up and put her hand on my shoulder, then they walked out of the room. I looked down at the list and went over all the names, each in order. 

It looks like he's trying to kill all the boys first. I guess because he knows they can fight back. I really just want to escape already. Just being here in this room is enough to... to... My thoughts die off as soon as I hear a loud boom outside. I get up and look out the window and see that the storm is getting worse and worse. I go to my bed and sit down wondering if Alice and Mary are okay. I hear someone knock at the door and I get up to answer it. It's Alice and Mary right or is it Mr. Connor trying to kill me off so I don't interfere. My hand reaches the doorknob and I hesitate before opening up. I take a peek and see Alice and Mary on the other side.

 "Are you going to let us back in or what?" I open the door all the way and let them inside. "Sorry, I didn't know you guys would be back so quick."

"Of course we would, there's a killer out there and I'm not planning to stay out in the opened to get killed off." 

"Hey," We turned to look at Mary, who looked like she was having trouble trying to say something. "I was wanting to know if we end up being the only ones left after all of this. Are we going to run to the office and tell the principal or leave..." Thunder roared in the sky again scaring all of us then someone knocked at the door.

Alice walked over and opened the door slowly. She looked out and then let out a sigh of relief. I came up behind her and looked outside my room. It was the next target on Mr. Connor's twisted list. He looked at us confused and I moved back and Alice opened the door for him.

"Come in, we need to have a talk with you." He hesitated at first and looked around the room and then came inside. Alice closed the door and then took a seat next to me on the floor. Mary patted the place in front of us and he sat down.

"Hello, I'm Jessica, this is Mary and Alice." They both said hello and he said hello back. "Your name is Adam, right?"

"Yeah it's Adam... So why did you sent me this weird letter?" 

"Well Adam, this going to sound like I'm making it up or trying to scary you, but sadly it's the true. Our teacher Mr. Connor is trying to kill all of us and we are trying to help as many of our fellow classmates as we can," He gets ready to say something, but I continue. "Yes, it sounds crazy and unbelievable, but I swear on my life that I'm not making this up. I have no reason to lie and I don't plan on it." I let him take all of it in and he just looks at us.

"Please believe us. We're just trying to help you guys out. You know the guy that died today, we went to his room to tell him about all of this, but we were too late. Mr. Connor even made this list," She handed him the list and he took it. We watched him read it and his eyes widen in shock.

"It says right here on the paper how we're all going to die, and it even says the exact way that Neil died just moments ago." I saw him shaking and he handed back the paper to me. "So what happens if all of this is true?" 

"Then we're all going to die unless we do something to stop it. If we get enough of the class we can go tell the principal put an end to this and no more people will have to die by his hands." We waited for a few minutes waiting for his answer. "If you want I can walk you back to your room so you can think about it." He looked me in my eyes and I stood up. 

"I really want to believe you, but none of this seems real. I mean, how can I really know that this isn't all fake and just some bullshit to scare me." Alice looks at me and I look at her then back at him.

"Then please, even if you don't believe us, at least come with us to tell the principal about Mr. Connor when the time comes." I said.

"I'll... think about it." He said getting up from the ground.

"Okay then, I'll take you back to your room." I said heading toward the door. 

"I don't really need you to take me back, but if it makes you feel better." I nodded and we left the room after I told Alice and Mary about us having a secret knock on the door so we'll know that it's us.
