Alexis POV 

I had to escape I knew these people were up to no good and that my baby was in danger so while dad left to get a report I snuck out leaving a body shaped mass under the covers so a I looked like I was asleep.

The layout was simple one main corridor that had patrols going down every two minutes in vampire speed but no one had seemed to look at the air vents they would lead to the way out. Crawling through the vent was difficult with a small bulge, to keep the weight off my baby I slide around on my back pushing with my feet the engine motors below drown out my shuffling around. I following the hot air out keeping it behind me until I came to a metal vent cover cold air streamed in this was it I pound on the metal with little room to move it flew off after the second hit they were flying in some sort of balloon contraption but I wasn't staying to find out what with one last push off I was falling my wings snapped open flapping frantically to regain balance. Now I was out where would I go?

I flew downwards to see nothing but miles of water I felt weaker with every passing hour of flying I began to descend unable to keep going if I didn't find land soon I would end up in the water. Just then a small boat appeared I lowered myself down onto it keeping quiet to not wake the crew it smelt horrible rotting fish my stomach churned violently I ran to the edge of the boat and threw up. I didn't know what to do now without my memory I couldn't trust anyone.

"You know the major will not be happy about you escaping he still has plans for you miss." I turn to see a little boy with cat ears before I could speak I was dragged into darkness.
