To me, gender equality in the family means that both men and women share housework, childcare, and decision-making equally.

In Vietnam, women usually do more housework, like cooking and cleaning, but nowadays men are helping more.

It's important to share responsibilities because it reduces stress for women, creates fairness, and teaches children that housework is for everyone, not only for women.

When both partners share duties, the family is happier. They feel respected, have fewer conflicts, and spend more quality time together.

Children also learn about teamwork and respect. They will grow up with modern thinking and be more responsible in their own families.
