Wednesday came around and Mary came to school late. She was making her way up the stairs when she met Miss Ruth.

"Good morning Ma" Mary greeted and continued walking

"Come back here!" Miss Ruth called out to her

"So I'm now your mate that you'll greet and walk out on, before waiting for my response right?" She angrily shouted

"Sorry Ma I was in a hurry to get to class" Mary replied

"Why won't you be sorry when you are always late!" She hissed

"You are in a hurry but you were still catwalking. What nonsense" Miss Ruth added and walked away

Mary glared at her retreating before shaking her head and walking away.

That stupid witch has no idea that I can make her lose her job Mary thought

She swiftly reached her classroom and walked in. It was like she walked into a playground for teenagers.

Some of her classmates were walking about, some were in a circle playing truth or dare, others were standing playing name name name, some were playing cards and those that were not participating in any of the games were just resting on their desks and complaining about the noise.

"This is a lovely morning" Mary sarcastically said as she reached her desk and sat down.

"What's with the grumpy face this morning?" Angela asked her

"Good morning to you too. Sunshine" Mary grumpily replied

"What's up with this mood of yours?" Angela asked again. She turned completely to face Mary

"My mood was over the top when I bumped into that short witch!" Mary said with an annoyed look, reminiscing her encounter with Miss Ruth.

"Which of the witches? Cause we have more than one in this school" Angela voiced out her thought.

"You are right about that one, but I'm talking about Miss Ruth" Angela Snorted at that

"What did she do?"

"She just insulted me as usual and spoilt my mood" Mary replied with a sigh

"That woman is so annoying if I were you I'll release that video," Angela said

Mary laughed at that.

"You're so naive, Angela. What's the fun in just releasing the video? I think the best thing to do now is to talk to Dean and tell him to warn his old sex buddy before her cup fulls and I blow up" Mary smirked.

Just as Angela was about to reply Favour came up to them with a dazzling smile.

"Hello, guys!" She smiled

"Hi" Angela replied

"What do you want" Mary replied in a very sour tone

"I came to invite you guys to my birthday party. It's on Saturday and the color of the day is red and white, the ven..."

"I'm not coming" Mary interrupted Favour.

"All the most popular people in this school are coming and I'm sure you won't want to miss out on that. It's taking place at my house on Saturday" Favour replied

"We don't know your address," Angela said and Mary just looked at her with a look of disbelieve

"I'll text you both the address. Bye!" Favour smiled and skipped out of the class.

Mary turned to Angela with that look and Angela just arched her eyebrows.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"You know very well why I'm looking at you in that manner. Why did you accept her invite!?"

Angela just shrugged "We're in Ss3 Mary. It's our last year in secondary school, so we need to make memories that will last a lifetime. I also know you don't want to miss out on your first party in Lagos" Mary thought about what Angela said and saw that it made sense.

"Okay. I'll go, I mean Diane and Dean will be there what better chance do I have to mess with them outside of school" Angela laughed at that.

"Your need for trouble will kill you someday," Angela said and Mary just grinned

It's Saturday the day of Favours's birthday. Guests have started arriving at her house for the party and the celebration is just starting.

Her parents had no idea she planned a party as they were both out of town. Her mom traveled to her village and her dad is at Portharcourt for a business.

She planned everything with the help of the house girls and gateman that she bribed to not tell her parents a word about the party when they got back.

Favor is at the entry door to the living room where the party is going on and welcoming her guests.

Diane and Dorathy just showed up in matching straight red gowns. They both had on white pointy heels and white jackets. With their phones in their hands.

"Welcome girls, you look stunning" Favour complimented them

"Thanks, you don't look bad girl" Diane replied and pulled her into a hug.

"Hope you planned everything just as I told you to?" Diane whispered in Favours's ears

"Yes I did" Favour replied

"And the target?" Diane asked

"Not yet here but let's give it a little more time" Favor replied and they both pulled away from the hug. Diane and Dorathy walked into the living room and joined in the merry.

Favor was just about to go in and enjoy her party when Mary and Angela showed up.

They were both wearing similar yet different outfits. Mary is putting on a white flay gown with a lacy back. The sleeves are made with a see-through lace and it's long. Her hair is parked in a neat ponytail and her edges are done. Her makeup was light and looked natural same as Angela's. She has on red ankle heels. Angela was dressed just like her but her dress had no lacy back and the sleeves were short.

All in all, they both looked cute and sexy.

"You came!" Favour said excitedly.

"Yeah, and please stop acting like you saw Santa" Mary replied. Angela hit her with her elbow

"Happy birthday Favour and thanks for inviting us" Angela smiled and ignored the look Mary was giving her.

What! It's her fault for being rude to the birthday girl. Angela thought and smiled at Mary.

"Please come in and enjoy the party" Favour ushered them in.

The party was in full swing. Loud music was blasting through the speakers and Mary nearly covered her ears from the sound. The living room was beautifully decorated with different colored ribbons and lights.

A disco ball was hanging at the center of the room which is the dance floor. Giving it a wild glow.

People were rocking each other and making out on the dance floor while others were getting drinks and snacks at the granite kitchen counter that was filled with drinks, snacks, plastic cups, plates, spoons, and tissues.

Mary noticed that some of the teens looked drunk already and she didn't blame them but the stupid country they lived in, which allowed anybody including kids to purchase alcohol whenever and however they wanted.

She passed through the mass of sweaty bodies on the dance floor. Yelling "Excuse me" and pushing whoever tried to grab her.

She walked to the kitchen and poured herself a cup of Coke. She took a sip and turned around only to come face to face with Dean.

"I see the drama queen has arrived," He said in a mocking tone

"I see the foolish teacher's pet has arrived" Mary retorted

"You know I'm tired of your insults, right? And we are not in school right now so I can do to you whatever I want and you won't be able to report to anybody" Dean said in a very deep voice which indicates just how angry he was.

"I know all that dummy but there is nothing you or anyone here, can do to me" She snorted and walked away from the enraged boy.

I sincerely apologize for all the grammatical errors and for not updating on time but here is a brand new chapter with new drama!
