Traps. These belittling hoaxes are creatures. Creatures that play with your mind until all that is left is the excruciating pain that is reality. Nothing in existence makes you feel smaller, more humiliated, than falling into the pit of a trap. These beasts dig right down into the depths of your emotions, leaving you perturbed.

Life. Life is the complete parallel of a trap. They walk hand in hand with each other, though you cannot have one without the other, for they are the same thing. Deceitful and deceptive.

Traps are constructed to tear down a being's wall of self esteem. And I was one of life's many victims.
