(Ellie's POV)

My eyes fluttered open and I groaned as I saw the light shining through the window. I buried my face in Tyler's chest, 'Why was he chest so soft and fluffy...?'

I leaned back and frowned down at the pillow, "What the heck...?"

I checked my phone.

Tyler- Had to go before your parents woke up;P Meet me at your bus stop and I'll drive you to school. Love you:*

I giggled and got out of bed to get ready for school, "Ellie! Hurry up! Your bus is gonna be here soon!" I heard my dad yell.

"Okay! I'll be down in a minute!" I yelled back as I pulled my hair up.

I grabbed my bag and ran down stairs, grabbed a piece of toast then headed out the door, "Later!"

I sat with a few friends at our bus stop, Tyler pulled up and winked at me. I grinned and quickly got in, "Good morning, Ellielicious."

I giggled at his nickname for me, "Morning, Babe." I kissed his cheek then buckled up.

His hand rested on my thigh as he drove me to school.

(Tyler's POV)

I kissed Ellie softly and smiled, "I'll pick you up later, okay?"

She bit her lip and nodded, "Oki doki."

I stared at her as she ran to the school, my phone rang, "Hey."

"Hey, nerd! Wanna record?" Craig asked.

I rolled my eyes, "Yeah, sure. Give me a minute to get home."

When I pulled up in my drive way, I saw Ellie's dad standing on my porch.

'Oh, shït...' I thought as I slowly got out of my car.

"Hello, Tyler." He said as I walked up. Ellie's dad was a pretty scary dude. I was like 6'4, 6'7? He was a head taller than me, with graying brown hair and a goatee.

I scrathed the back of my neck nervously, "Uhh, Hi Mr. Dean..." 'This is the way I'm going out of this world... Death by my girlfriends dad...'

"Tyler... You're a great guy, and I know you wouldn't do anything to hurt Ellie. But think about it like this, you have a 17 year old daughter, you raised her, every time you look at her, you see the little girl in a princess dress and asked you to play tea party with her. Then she tells you she is dating a guy that is 20. It kinda freaks you out. I know you guys have been best friends since y'all were little but I can't let you date her. At least not while she's 17. When she's 18, I can't tell her what she can't do anymore."

I shoved my hands into pockets, "I understand, sir... I won't see your daughter anymore..."
