Step 1:
Create your character(s) and world

Step 2:
Create a goal(s) for character(s)

Step 3:
Write out the consequences of completing the goal(s)

Step 4:
What are the costs? Are there sacrifices that need to be made? Is it realistic?

Step 5:
What are the profits of the Character(s) completing their journey?

Step 6:
What's required for them to complete their journey?

Step 7:
What kinds of problems does your character(s) encounter? Enemies? Threats?

Step 8:
What kind of action is there? Is it exciting like a battle or war? Or is it something as simple as getting through a forest?

Step 9:
So we finally reach the climax! Yay! What happens? Maybe they engage in a very long battle with their rival, one worse than the previous one(s).

Step 10:
Falling action. This is just a series of events that leads to the ending... Just to put it short...

Step 11:
The resolution will define whether the goal is completed or not

Step 12:
The ending... There are four kinds... Well sorta. A sad ending, a happy ending, an unexpected sad ending, and an unexpected happy ending.

Some tips:

Try some cliché blenders like "the dragon saved the princess from the knight." Or something more like "he died in a crash during a storm, trying to get me soup when I was sick. Everyone told me it wasn't my fault. But it was. His brakes hadn't been cut on their own."

You could also look up some cliche benders to make your story more interesting

Another tip:
Always do a grammar check, it annoys the hell out of me when storytellers don't have proper use of grammar. Combine this with a spell check and you will have it golden.

Can't think of anything? Look for inspiration, listen to music, take a walk, read a book or seven! Most of my inspiration comes from music and other things I do, like a fanfiction remotely based off of a roleplay. I don't care where your inspiration comes from, but those were just to name a few, and my go to inspiration.

Create your own dimension for all I care! Create your own country, continent, kingdom! As long as it's good.
