"Welcome to the throne room." Will smiled, showing us his throne. "You, Serena, will be sitting on this throne first. You'll decide your mentor from up here. Ash, you'll go after her."

"Okay." I nodded.

Ash left with Will, and I was all alone on the throne. Three aura masters walked into the room, and bowed.

"Oh please, you don't need to bow," I chuckled. "Just tell me what you're going to provide me with."

"Hello! I'm Luna." The first woman said.

She looked like she was in her 20's. She had long black hair.

"I'm powerful in all types of aura. Telekinesis, aura spheres, you name it," Luna explained.

"Telekinesis?" I asked.

"Why, yes, Serena. Aura has many subjects that you might not even heard of. I have a free-spirited and determined way of teaching. My students increase their strength and stamina tremendously. I'd be honored to train the long lost cousin of our village."

Right, everyone who's a master is also related to me. I can see where she gets her free-spirited self from.

After Luna finished speaking, the next one started.

"Hello, Serena. I'm your uncle, William's brother. My name is Luke."

He had black hair that was short as Ash's, but had a different style of haircut. His eyes were cerulean.

"I'm a master at physical aura training and aura spheres like Luna. I'm also a master of flying," Luke explained.

"That's telekinesis," The boy on the right of him growled.

"Correct," Luke replied. "It's just a better way to sell the power to the consumer."

"Alright, thank you, Luke," I interrupted. "Now, next."

"Hello, my name is Aaron, named after Sir Aaron himself."

He had dark brown hair with emerald green eyes. He looked in his 40's or 50's.

"I am a master in the unique ways to cast aura magic. All of these trainers go by the book when I bring out all of my patient's potential."

"I don't go by the book," Luna protested. "Don't say things about us that isn't true. That isn't allowed, mister."

"So you lie to get your patients?" I asked.

"No, madam, I just didn't know how she taught," Aaron replied.

"So you make assumptions?"

"I guess so, but don't we all when we want something?" Aaron asked.

"Yes, but wouldn't that be unfair to your fellow competitors?" I replied.

"Possibly."

"Luna, I choose you as my mentor." I smiled.

"Thank you, Serena!" She cheered.

"You're welcome, cousin," I replied. "Now let's go train."

"Right." Luna nodded. We dashed out of they castle immediately.

Ash's POV.

I entered the room to see two males leftover from Serena's decision. They repeated the same things they probably said to Serena. I quickly picked Luke over Aaron. Aaron seemed to self-orientated. He seemed to want to be my mentor too much to be normal.

Luke and I quickly found Serena and another girl practicing at the training grounds.

"Serena, who did you pick?" I asked.

"This is Luna," Serena explained. "She's my cousin."

"Hi," Luna waved with a smile.

"The first thing I'll be testing you on is how skilled you are currently. I'll have a little form for you to fill out once you're done with training. You still need to practice when I'm not around, you know," Luke explained.

He handed me a blue piece of paper with black writing on it.

"So this is the better version of homework?" I asked, looking at the form.

"Yup. Serena will be filling the form out as well, so if you have any questions you guys can ask each other," Luke explained. "Now, to the aura testing."

I looked over at Serena real quick, and I saw her looking at the same piece of paper I just got. I smiled, and faced back at Luke.

"What's first?" I asked.

"The aura spheres." Luke grinned. "Now, power up your most powerful aura sphere you can make, just don't shoot it."

I nodded. I faced Luke and charged my aura sphere. The power of aura flowed through my veins. The sphere was about twice the size of my typical.

"Stronger," Luke ordered.

I tried forcing the energy faster through my arms. The sphere became larger, but not much.

"I said stronger," Luke growled. "Picture the sphere getting bigger. Power your energy to be even stronger."

I did what Luke commanded. It became bigger, but still not much. My arms soon gave up, and the sphere disintegrated.

"Not bad for your first time. That sphere was bigger than I expected," Luke complimented. "But it could still be better."

"Right," I nodded.

"If you saw my biggest aura sphere, you wouldn't be able to see my face. It would be that big," Luke replied. "Now, telekinesis. Are you familiar with this subject of aura magic?"

"No," I responded. "I never had a teacher."

"Right, that's why I asked." Luke nodded. "You see this spoon?"

I nodded, looking at the metal Luke pulled out of his pocket.

"If you focus with your energy, you can surround it in a blue type of psychic move," Luke explained.

I watched him make his aura energy surround the spoon. It came out of his hands in tiny little orbs of power. Soon enough, the spoon was trapped in aura. Luke bent and straightened the spoon with ease. He moved it all around. He charged the spoon right at my face.

I held out my hands in front of my face, and they sent out aura energy as well. My power intercepted Luke's, and soon, I made the spoon go towards him instead of me.

"Drop the spoon," Luke ordered.

I stopped using my power, and he stopped using his.

"If you think you're more powerful than me because you intercepted it, you're not. I didn't put as much energy into it. Your adrenaline was running because you thought you were going to get hit. It's good to see the amount of power you have, though," Luke replied. "You're not a bad student, I've had worse."

"Right."

"Tomorrow we'll work on the Pokemon part on the back of the form. Don't do that part yet," Luke explained, writing down some notes on the form. "You can leave now. Serena and you have a meeting with Will and some other officials, so we had to cut this training short."

"We do?" I asked.

"Typical Will, not telling you," Luke chuckled. "It's probably a test to see if Serena actually changes into her dress after training or not."

"Who knows?" I replied, laughing. "See you tomorrow, Luke."

"Pika-pi!" Pikachu called.
