I doubt you will find this monster. I've been trying to find him for the past few weeks. He only spawns in the First Maze. His spawn chance is eleven percent. The music will suddenly change, and you will eventually find him, in the maze when the music changes. 

He walks very slowly, with an angry expression on his face. If you touch him, he will teleport you to a prison cell, and he will later kill you.

I have no ways of escaping him, as there is no known way.
