I appreciate your apology. And, I guess since we're being honest, you might be right.

I know that I shouldn't use my blog as revenge, but I don't know any other way to make myself feel better about the person's words. They hurt, and I haven't found a way to make them stop coming back to my mind every time I get an email from someone telling me that my blog is helping them.
