"Why did you do it?" The officer asked me. I was just staring out the window ignoring him. Then after a few minutes I responded "I don't know what I did." "Pretending to not know what happened isn't going to get you anywhere." He said.
I was so mad at everything at this point, how could this officer think I was guilty. "You have murdered a handful of people, including an officer who works at my station, a friend of mine." I'm sorry for your loss." I said casually and quietly. "Really, wow that's something a criminal would never say!" He said laughing. "That's because I'm not a criminal." I said. "Now that's something a criminal would always say!" He said laughing hard and loud. I felt like beating the life out of this cop. "Anyway, if you "don't" know who you are, you and your partner are one of the most wanted criminals in Florida." He said, then added "You've murdered, you've bombed, you've even kidnapped." "That's sounds awful." I said. "Wow you're really convincing me that you're innocent" he said sarcastically. "Could you just be quiet for the rest of the ride." I said calmly. "Whatever you say." He said chuckling
