Jimin woke up the next day feeling a bit happier. He'd found a way to easily get money, but was a little skeptical of it of course. He rolled out of bed and got ready for a day of class.
Well, he only had two classes to attend today. Dance and vocals. After he'd gotten ready, he met Jin in the kitchen who was texting someone and giggling. "Oh hey Jimin." He greeted the boy as he grabbed a milk pudding from the fridge.
"How was your date last night?" Jin asked, wiggling his eyebrows. "Fine." Jimin blushed. "See? Wasn't that bad, right?" Jin asked. "No." Jimin shrugged. "Guess what?" Jin got excited. "What?" Jimin asked.
"So the guy I'm talking to asked me out! Like, be his boyfriend!" Jin squealed like a child. "That's...great." Jimin smiled faintly. "You're sad because you don't have one, aren't you?" Jin pouted. "I mean, yeah, but I'm happy for you." Jimin smiled fully.
"Is he paying you to date him?" Jimin asked. "Yeah. Though if our relationship last a while, we'll probably just end the whole paying thing so it's more genuine." Jin said.
"That's nice." Jimin said. Jimin's phone buzzed.
Hoseok: Hey, I had fun last night. If you're available at lunch, I'd love to take you out😊
"Um, they guy I saw last night? He asked me out to lunch today." Jimin mumbled. "Jimin that's great!" Jin said. "You know some of the guys that do this do it because they want an actual relationship. He probably likes you." Jin said.
"I don't think so. I mean, he's sweet in all but-" "But what? Jimin you need to forget about things your mom says." Jin said. "I know but it's hard when you've followed and lived by those rules your entire life." Jimin said.
"What's this guy's name?" Jin asked. "Hoseok." Jimin mumbled. "Aish, he is really nice Jimin. You should see how things go." Jin suggested. "How would you know?" Jimin questioned.
"I slept with him like, a year ago." Jin bluntly stated. "What?!" Jimin's cheeks turned a dark shade of pink. "He's really good in bed so I think you should give him a chance-" "Stop!" Jimin covered his ears. Jin laughed. "Go to lunch with him." Jin said and left the apartment to go to class.
Jimin: Sure, I can go.
Hoseok: Cool, do you want me to pick you up from somewhere?
Jimin: Yeah, you know the performing arts college? Where the main building is?
Hoseok: Yes. I can pick you up from there.
Jimin: Okay! See you then😁
Jimin left for class, walking since the campus wasn't even far. He went to class, his phone buzzing. He checked it and someone had viewed his account. He was happy people were noticing him and he'd get the money he needed, but he was afraid of getting attached to people. He wasn't even sure if he wanted to in the relationship with Hoseok.
Once class ended, Jimin stood outside the main building, reading something on his phone. After a few minutes, a car pulled up and honked twice. It was a really expensive car and Jimin could only believe it belonged to Hoseok.
The window rolled down and Hoseok waved. "Come on, cutie, before I leave you." Hoseok chuckled, Jimin giggling softly as he walked over to the passenger side and got in.
"Hey." He smiled. "Hi." Jimin mumbled shyly. "You look cute today." Hoseok said. Jimin wore a baby blue oversized pullover with overalls and white sneakers. He had a beanie in to top it off.
"Thanks." Jimin blushed. He looked up into Hoseok's eyes. They looked at each other for a moment before Hoseok chuckled softly and looked away, beginning to drive to wherever they were having lunch.
They arrived at a smoothie shop, the two getting out the car. Hoseok was dressed pretty simple in comparison to last night. A white pullover and grey sweatpants. He reached over and held Jimin's hand as they walked inside.
Jimin looked at the prices of the smoothies and gagged. "You're going to pay $37 for a smoothie?!" Jimin asked. "Relax, cutie." Hoseok chuckled, giving the boy's tiny hand a squeeze. "What do you want?" Hoseok asked.
"Um, a strawberry mango smoothie." Jimin mumbled. "Want any food?" Hoseok asked. "Just a chicken wrap, I guess." Jimin said. Hoseok ordered their stuff, having the same thing as Jimin, before waiting for it.
After they got their stuff, they sat at a table, Jimin taking a sip of his yummy smoothie. "What time do you have to be back?" Hoseok asked. "Not until a few hours from now." Jimin said. "So you go to a performing arts school..." Hoseok began. "Are you gonna sing for me one day?" Hoseok teased, Jimin giggling.
"Maybe." Jimin said with a blush. After eating, the two just talked, Hoseok getting Jimin to come out of his shell a little bit more.
"What do you want to do when you're finished with college?" Hoseok asked, holding Jimin's hands across the table. Jimin was a blushing mess. "Um, hopefully start training to be an idol." Jimin said.
"But I don't think I'm good enough to be honest." Jimin looked down. "Don't be so hard on yourself like that." Hoseok said. Jimin hummed. Hoseok stood up and took Jimin by the hand, leading him back to his car.
They just sat there in the parking lot, Hoseok busy texting someone while Jimin nervously fiddled with his sweater paws. Hoseok put his phone in his pocket and looked at Jimin.
"You know, I think you're the nicest person I met." Hoseok said. "Really?" Jimin asked. "Any other guy I've been with just cared about the money and not my feelings necessarily." Hoseok sighed.
"I care about your feelings. I don't want you to be upset or anything." Jimin said. Hoseok smiled. The two just gazed into each other's eyes before Hoseok leaned in and kissed him.
He quickly pulled away. "I'm sorry, you probably didn't want that to happen-" "No, it's okay, I..." Jimin just leaned back in and continued the kiss. Hoseok was a little surprised but happy too.
He placed his hands on Jimin's waist, Jimin hesitantly placing his hands on the sides of Hoseok's neck. Jimin had never kissed a guy before so he didn't know what he was doing. To Hoseok, it felt like Jimin did know what he was doing.
Jimin pulled away and covered his reddened cheeks. Hoseok chuckled. "You're such an innocent baby." He kissed the tip of his nose. "Should I take you back now?" Hoseok asked.
Jimin nodded. They let go of each other before Hoseok drove Jimin back to his school. The drive there was quiet, the enjoying each other's presence, Hoseok holding Jimin's hand.
Once back at Jimin's school, Hoseok kissed Jimin's cheek. "Bye, have a nice rest of your day." Hoseok said. "You too." Jimin said before leaving. Hoseok waved at the cute boy before driving away.
Jimin bit his lower lip gently as he walked to class, his heart fluttering. Getting money to go on dates with a cute guy wasn't bad at all.
Later that day, back at the apartment, Jin was there, along with another guy. They were cuddling on the couch, Jin laughing at something he said. "Oh hey Jimin!" Jin hopped up and hugged him.
"Hi Jin." Jimin giggled. The other guy stood up. "Jimin, this is my boyfriend, Namjoon." Jin said. "Hello there." Namjoon bowed. "Hi." Jimin said cutely and bowed.
Jimin went to his room, sitting in his bed as he went onto the app to see all the guys who viewed his page. Some guys were some ting pretty explicit things that made his ears red with embarrassment which signaled him to keep away from them.
But some commented sweet things and compliments. Jimin's phone buzzed.
Hoseok: Hey, cutie. Thanks for keeping me company at lunch. I enjoy being with you a lot🙂
Jimin: Me too☺️
Hoseok: Kissing you was real nice too😉
Jimin: Sure😌
Hoseok: Don't act like you didn't like it.
Jimin: I did.
Hoseok: I'll talk to you sometime, okay?
Jimin: Okay❤️
Hoseok:❤️
Jimin's phone buzzed again. $900 had been transferred to his bank account through the app. Jimin smiled, Jin walking into the door. "Hey, you look happy for once." Jin teased. He sat on the edge of Jimin's bed.
"How was your little lunch date?" Jin asked. "Good." Jimin said. "You're blushing." Jin giggled. "What happened?" He asked eagerly. "Um, we um..." Jimin was hesitating to say it.
"Awww did you two kiss?" Jin asked and Jimin nodded. "That's sweet. Do you like him?" Jin asked. "Well, he's really nice but, I'm not sure if he's the one for me." Jimin said.
"Well you need to talk to other guys then. Hey Namjoon has a friend on the same app we're using. We could go on a double date tomorrow?" Jin suggested. "That sounds kinda fun." Jimin said. "Cool, I let Namjoon know." Jin said.
....
I promise you'll get a taste of Yoonmin in the next chapter.
Update: Okay I get it, Jimin doesn't like mangoes in real life, but this is FANFICITION. Emphasis on FICTION. MEANING IT DOESN'T CORRELATE TO THE REAL WORLD.
