Aquarius.

She is beautiful and strong. The secondary leader of the Northern Hemisphere, lover to Sagittarius. She is well in tune with the stars. Making her a calm almost all-knowing leader. Her connection with the stars though often leads to her downfalls as she can get sickly easily if she doesn't limit her work respectively.

(Why did not one tell me I hadn't colored in her gloves yet.... ;_;)

Being the water barrier she can control(limitedly) the water, that is mainly what the forcefield protecting the Nothern Hemisphere is created of. Reflected Water.
