Pack Up Day/Leaving Day

I feel the light coming through the curtains of my hotel room and I groan snuggling closer to Josh who brings me closer. I know that I won't be able to get back to sleep so I open my eyes slowly, I look up at Josh and smile at my gold medalist boyfriend, tracing his bare chest with my index finger smiling as I remember all the happiness from yesterday's events. How we went to a restaurant near the hotel to celebrate the golden victory and then Josh bringing me back to my room and how we ended up falling asleep while we were talking. I look at the time on the bedside clock and see that it's nearing 10, I know that we should get up since Josh still has to pack all of his stuff. 

I start poking Josh, "wakeup Mr Gold Medalist" I say to him smiling "five more minutes" he says hugging me closer, I giggle and continue tracing his chest. Hands hold my wrist to stop me, I look up and see Josh smiling down at me. "Good morning handsome" I say, he smiles down at me and kisses my forehead softly. "Good morning gorgeous" he says to me, "how are you feeling after last night?" I ask him, "amazing and on top of the world" he replies to me, "well I would hope so you accomplished a big milestone last night" I exclaim. He runs his fingers through my hair and rubs circles into my hip making me melt slightly. "Okay, time to get up, we both need to pack" I tell Josh, "that reminds me, I got a call a few days ago from my agent, and i've been traded to Kelowna, so i'll be playing in Kelowna for the rest of the season" he explains to me, I let that sink in after a few seconds,my eyes widen slightly as I look up at Josh. I squeal and jump out of his arms, I get out of bed and jump around the room happily. I hear Josh laughing as he watches me, I don't stop not feeling embarassed at all. He comes up to me and wraps his arms around my waist stopping my dancing and jumping. I brings his lips down onto mine holding his face in my hands. I pull away after a few seconds, "you do realise that I will try to go see every single one of your games right?" I tell him, "you don't have to do that Ange, Kelowna still isn't super close to Vancouver" he replies to me, "fine i'll go see a game every few weekends, how does that sound?" I say, "perfect, that sounds perfect" he tells me kissing my forehead.

*at the airport*

I sit with Josh near the security gate, as we wait for his parents to come say goodbye. I nervously bite my lip, "they will love you Ange don't worry" Josh exclaims holding my hands in his. "You think?" I ask him with hope, "yes, honestly you have nothing to worry about" he replies kissing my forehead softly before bringing me into his lap, he intertwines our fingers which calms my nerves slightly as I look into his blue eyes. Josh smiles at me, which makes me do the same as I rest my head on his shoulder and play with his fingers to waste time. A piece of my hair falls into my eyes, I try to blow it out of the way, Josh unlaces one of his hands from mine and moves it back behind my ear making me look up at him again, he pecks my lips quickly before bringing his free arm around my waist.
