What inspired your novel?

I thought the idea of having a story told by letters was interesting and I wanted to try something different. I also thought that there were enough cliché romance stories so I made it LGBT+. Other stories may have inspired me just a little bit.

How long have you been working on it?

Hmm, I'm not sure. I think for 2-3 weeks. I write a lot but don't publish everything, and this one's new.

About how many words is it?

Each chapter is really short because most chapters represent a quick letter or diary entry. There are 1994 words yet 23 chapters.

Can you relate to any of your characters?

I can relate to both the main characters actually. One is shy and has low self-esteem which often reminds me of myself. The other just moved and he's not having a fun time. I understand that way too well because I've moved and changed schools countless times.

This one is hard because in general, I love food. Food is bae. So I can't choose haha.
