"What's your plan now?" Tony asked while putting down my helmet.

I blinked at him. "I don't really know." I said.

Tony hummed for a second before sighing. "I could get you into that school Peter is in." He muttered.

"Spider-Man?" I asked.

"Right you're from a parallel universe. Yes, I mean the Spider kid." He said while continuing to mess with my helmet.

I thought about saying school isn't my strong suit because I don't study. But kept my mouth shut. "If you want to I guess..." I mumbled. "I need legal documents for that." I said.

"Friday is working on it." Tony said.

"Lewis needs a legal guardian Sir." Friday chipped in.

"Put me down or something." Tony said without a second thought.

"What?" I squeaked.

Tony didn't seem to be listening. "What the hell is up with this?" Tony grumbled at my helmet. "Oh Friday can you call Happy?" Tony asked.

Soon Happy picked up. "Yeah Tony?" He asked.

"Okay first of all Lewis needs an ID card or whatever you're calling it." Tony started.

"Lewis? Who's that?" Happy asked.

"Kid that popped up last night in the lawn. Also he's going to need a room and-" Tony continued.

"Wait hold up what happened? How'd he get in?" Happy asked.

"You're the head of security figure it out. Kid's got nothing but the clothes on his back you pretty much everything you can think of he'll need."

"Tony pardon my language but what the fuck?" Happy said.

"Good luck." Tony said and signaled at Friday to hang up. "Just give him a bit alright?" Tony said to me.

"Yeah sure." I said.

I sat in the passenger seat of whatever fancy car Happy was driving us in. He sighed. "Do you talk at all? I mean Peter doesn't stop so I guess it's a nice change." Happy said.

"Oh uh sorry this is a lot to take in." I admitted.

"Tony finally filled me in. Do you miss your parents or something?" He asked.

"T-They died a few weeks ago so yeah." I said.

It seemed Happy didn't really know what to say to revive the conversation so we sat in silence until we reached the mall.

"Okay let's get the suits out of the way first." Happy said.

"I've never done this before." I admitted to Happy as we walked in the store.

"Oh well you'll get sized and Tony had a list of a few he thought you'd look good in." Happy told me. "I've also got to pick up a suit for Tony." He added.

While Happy talked to a clerk I looked at the ties.

"Simple black tie is fine kid you just need to fit in." He said and handed me a handgun.

"But Mr. Jones I'm still not that good with shooting." I said.

"Well you better make due kid we can't wait any longer come on." He said.

"Alright Lewis. I'm Maxwell I'll be helping you today. Happy said you've never done this so I'll go easy on you." Maxwell said and winked.

I nodded and followed him.

"Okay suits check. Other clothing check. Toiletries check. Tony said he would hook you up with all the tech stuff you need..." Happy said.

"Uh Happy? Can I uh..." I mumbled.

"What Lewis? I'm sure Tony won't care. Unless you're gonna say a dog or something he'd probably kill me."

"Can I get a plushy." I whispered.

"Oh yeah sure go ahead." He said.

I ended up picking a big sized Shiba Inu plushy I found.

"Okay we're all good then. Let's go home." Happy sighed.

Once we got back Happy got me a ID card and a room. "Don't destroy the room okay." He said and left me to settle in with all my new stuff.

Right when I was done Tony walked in. "Phone, Laptop, and you can have your helmet back Simon or whatever wouldn't let me add much but he's hooked up with stuff around here now. School starts tomorrow for you so here's a transit pass. I told Simon to wake you up so don't sleep in. And this little tablet lets you do a bunch of stuff around the base so don't break it." Tony said and handed me everything.

"Oh right you're gonna go by Lewis Stark now and there's a press conference I'll need you to be at in an hour" He added and left.

I set down all the stuff on my desk. "Hey Simon what suit should I wear." I asked while opening the closet.

"The fitted gray one looks good." Simon said.

"Thanks." I said and started to get ready.

"Simon can you be like an ear bud or something?" I asked.

Once he changed I finally found Tony. Pepper was also with him. I introduced myself to Pepper while Tony looked over my suit. "Now let me and Pepper do the talking okay?" Tony said while straightening my tie.

I nodded and Pepper signaled for Tony. While I waited for Tony to finish saying stuff Pepper looked at me. "Nervous?" She asked.

"Uh yeah that's a lot of people and cameras..." I said.

"All you have to do is smile and wave okay?" Pepper said and nudged me to the stage.

I was bombarded by camera flashes and people asking me questions.

"Now this is Lewis' first press conference so I'll be answering for him." Tony said and pointed at one of the press people.

"Is Lewis your biological son?" A woman's voice asked.

"No he's not that guy next." Tony said and pointed at some other press dude.

"Are you really fit to be a father." He asked.

"Is any father?" Tony joked. "Last one over there." He said.

"Lewis how do you feel about being adopted by Tony Stark?" She asked.

I looked at Tony but he didn't say anything. "Well, it's a lot to take in for sure. Everyone has been really nice to me so pretty well I guess?" I said.

A few more press people yelled for questions but Tony put him arm around me. "That's all we have time for." Tony said and led me off stage.

I let out a breath and leaned against the wall. "Alright Lewis get some sleep." Tony said.

"Uh yeah thanks Tony." Said as he walked off. I guess somethings in life are constant like school...
