Yesterday was too much excitation for much . Then i wore my nike's and wore a full sleeve bra kinda top , and comfy yoga pants and headed to the carvue beach with my one and only bestie merlyn , thats right, i had gained a lot of pounds this vacation, merlyn insisted to do yoga at beach 'where the waves hit the rocks, beautiful atmosphere , and salty beach air is going to help you stay fit' she said. Since its my bestie who has done a lot for me, i had accepted the request. She had learned all the asanas and the postures of yoga , it took no time for her to do it, for me - my restless body wasnt even moving an inch. I wondered how merlyn was so athletic, she kept on shouting me to do better and made me feel positive about myself.
"Haa, stretch it more, yes more, your leg , touch it , try toughing it to the ground".

"Oh my god , you cant move an inch, this is what happens if you are lazy, no productivity, now raise your fat ass , we need to do more", merlyn scolded, i kept on panting, i wondered why merlyn wanted me to exercise, i was already super thin, i think she wanted me to be strong.

"Huh .....huh.....(heavily breathing) , merlyn, five minutes, five minutes break please! "  , i pleaded, i was tired exercising, i need a break !

I literally was panting, and on top of that sweating for sure, merlyn had a lot to do , she saw me laying flat on the ground, she gave a little huff, i groaned , my body wasn't ready to stretch , i liked sleeping , merlyn started grabing my hand and started to pull me,

"Hey, ally, this aint fun, you promised me you would do some exercise, cheater",she said.

Suddenly , i heard the sweetest bell sounds , which i recognised immediately, the trinkles of that sound lingered in my ear since childhood. It was an ice-ceam truck , my favorite thing in the world , i suddenly gave a smug look to merlyn, and gave a broad smile , she nodded and gave a predictable smile .

"Oh my god, you will never change, hmm......i will bring ice -cream on only one condition though ! , you have jog with me !", i nodded without any hesitation.

"A chocolate cone for me , you know the one i like ?"

"Yeah , yeah i know , i am going to get that , wait here lazy ass".

I then again layed down comfortably and relaxed , until i saw a face. It was carla , i immediately sat up and wore my sunglasses so that snitch could not recognise me , too late , from a distance she put her hand in front of her eyes to stop sunlight coming in , and then straight up stared at me , i quickly turned my face away so she could not recognise me , i could bear that brat talking to me. Too late she was already coming this way.

"Oh look miss. Fresher is ignoring us !! What are you doing here ? Came to burn some fat, well you look  like you desperately need to", carla said sarcastically . Anger on my face was visible clearly, today was the day , i had to shut this damn carla and her annoying mouth up.

"Well , what are you up to then , same thing?"

"Hahahah , aww allison doesn't have something to say about me !"

"Aww, carla , i dont want to go hard on you , but how's your boyfriend doing ?" , i said with a smirk , carla's ex -boyfriend broke up with her on the last day of highschool . Her face expression changed , she didn't like that .

"Now please stop bothering me , and go away , let me rest peacefully", i said, she should remain in her senses, she came out of nowhere and started messing with me, she had fun in poking her nose in others business and humiliating them .

"Well allison , going a little overboard , aren't we ? , for a fact i should say , how is your dad doing?", she said. That's it ! I lost it , she didn't had to bring my father in this . He was dead , the bruises in my heart which were fixed years ago revived, sadness fell over my face .

"Carla, stop it , go away !!!"

"Ooooo, it hurts , doesn't it--"

"I said STOP IT!!!", i shouted , my eyes were wide open , and i was completely angry.

"Well , for a fact allison, you have never had a man , never went on a date ! , and telling me about my guy !, huh", carla continued to ruin what already had been ruined.

"I HAVE !" , i spoke confidently,
Thats it , i screwed up, i lied, i have never had a boy in my life, never went on a date, jealousy kinked in me. I lied, i didnt have any option.

Her face was shocked, she could not believe me.
"No , you don't ! , how can you have a guy , if it is, then who is it? Huh?"

'Who is it?' I thought to myself, i dont know a guy, and perhaps i have never had a guy friend to save me from this stuff, tye only i guy i knew was alex, he seemed nice , he would help me , right? , we talked nicely yesterday.

"IT'S ALEX !" I did not hesitate, he was only guy that came in my mind.
There it is, i lied again , a part of me didn't want to , but a part of me was tired being a shadow , wanting the attention, being more ! I cant believe i just said that, my mind wasn't working with me .

"That hottie, with whom you danced yesterday? , no it can't be , you and him , never, ha", carla said suspiciously, i started sweating nervously, how would i prove her!

"We danced yesterday and he liked me", i said in my defence.

"Holding hands and dancing doesn't mean anything , prove me , kiss him and make him tell he is your boyfriend, then i would believe such shit", she said.

"Why would i prove you ? I don't care about your opinion at all!!!", i said , why would i care what she thinks , like i am here to prove her !

"I know you don't care, but you don't wanna ruin your newly made reputation, do you?", she said cunningly holding a cellphone , with rocorded audio of me fighting with her and telling i have a boyfriend , that also alex. I froze, if people find out about my lie, my reputation will be ruined , i wouldn't be able to survive my college.

"Please , carla , dont send that to everyone!", i begged.

"Too---late, unless you are going to prove it"

"Ah-yes i will prove it he's my boyfriend!!" , i said without thinking.
It was ridiculous ! I didnt knew what to do next now.

"Ok , i will be waiting at the gate tomorrow morning, don't forget to bring your new boyfriend, or you know what will happen else, bub-bye loser!"she went away .
I stood there , completely shaken , i had lied so many times , now it was difficult to get out of it. A little later merlyn came holding two ice-creams , i cried and told her the whole thing what happened right now, she hugged me and assured she will help and sort out the things.
